Hello,

As some of you may know I will begin work on a 52 week contract for Verizon soon. As such I will need at least 2 maybe 3 people to help me on the site with minor technical issues.

I will need help with email questions from users both on the helpdesk, and direct email. Some minor code work for the site, image development and overall public relations with the staff, and users of the site.

Here is a small list of jobs that I do:

Answer email from users with normal How Do I type questions
Answer emails from users in the helpdesk with error reports, and technical issues such as; I am not getting my email, or what is my password, or how do I reset my password?
Think up ways to improve the site, and search the site for errors, either errors with usage or errors with the look.

You do NOT need a lot of technical skill but working knowledge of HTML is needed and PHP will help. Also if you are used to working with making your own websites using {code} and {skins} that is a huge plus.

I will use all of next week to train anyone who wants to join so extensive IM time is needed. You will also need to be ready to spend at least 5-10 hours a week on the site. Slightly less on weekends and during school too because I will not allow anyone to pick this site over their education.

I need all replies before midnight on Sunday, please tell me what IM program you use and how best to contact you. Also the best time to contact you as well. I will also need to know any and all experience, and roughly how much time you can dedicate to the site.

If you know SIYE well, and are able to explain, and answer questions about the site, its usage, and rules as well as solve minor technical issues, regarding usage of site functions, and why certain errors are received.
