December Engagement Challenge Closed

The December Engagement Challenge is now closed. I know that SIYE has been having some technical difficulties staying open to everybody. But with the five days extension, I believe everybody has had a chance to submit their stories in. SIYE has been pretty stable the last few days.

Now itâ€™s time for the judges to go to work. We have a pretty diverse group of judges this time as there was an open invitation for all who wanted to be a judge for this Challenge. Everybody is looking forward to see which stories will win Best Overall, Very Romantic, Humor, and Adventure.

Because of the extension, the results will be posted on January 20, 2007. And if you havenâ€™t heard, Happy New Year!

If you were going to do a speed writing challenge for SYIE, the logical thing would be to keep it open for 48 or 72 hours so that it spans entire days.

Anyhow, my guess would be something about King's Cross and writing letters... maybe (?)
