@Miri: Any story that shows a 'Nominate for {month} DSTA' link can be nominated for the specified month. The system automatically displays the link for eligible stories. A DSTA link is displayed under the following conditions:
If a story has been updated in the last 5 days of the preceding month it is eligible for the current month's DSTAs
If a story was updated prior to the last 5 days of the current month, it is eligible for the current month's DSTAs
If a story is updated in the last 5 days of the current month, it is eligible for next month's DSTAs
In the event that a story is simultaneously eligible for two months, nominations are assigned to the earlier month.
An eligible story can be nominated until 11:59 pm on the last day of the month. The ballot is automatically generated at midnight on the first day of the month, and the nominations are made visible in the Trophy Room at the same time. The system will not display a nomination link if it is not possible to nominate the given story.
