Happy Birthday Daniel Radcliffe
Everyone at Sink Into Your Eyes would like to wish Daniel Radcliffe a very "Happy Birthday!" Despite the rumors, The Quibbler reports that our wonderful Harry Potter actor is going to forego all parties in order to spend the day reading SIYE fan fiction stories. We need to take this announcement with a small grain of salt. Regardless...cheers Daniel!

Sir Ollivander came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.23 - 08:51AM to say:

Spenser, you beat me to it. That's what I get for sleeping in.

Spenser Hemmingway came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.23 - 10:13AM to say:

I arranged to have a cake delivered to him, but the big delivery guy with the funny motorcycle accidentally sat on it.

MG and NerdLee came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.23 - 11:22AM to say:

Lol. Nice one Spencer. So, how reliable is the Quibbler?

hot48cricket came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.23 - 02:34PM to say:

I'm sending Daniel a birthday cake through cyber space...that way the big guy wont squash it! Happy Birthday Daniel!

werekitten came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.23 - 05:02PM to say:

I find the Quibbler very reliable in all things... why, just this morning I hitched a ride to camp on the back of a Crumple-Horned Snorkack! And if it says that Daniel Radcliffe will read SIYE, then I believe it... perhaps it will make the movies more enjoyable. Personally, I'm not a fan -- okay, I completely detest them, and don't understand why y'all waste space wishing an actor 'Happy Birthday'...

griffindorechicky101 came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.23 - 10:01PM to say:

you go to mean oyu dont like harry potter and you just like the books or you juast think daniel sucks HAPPY BIRTHDAY AGIAN!!!!! (I HOE HE READS MY STORY)

MG and NerdLee came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.23 - 11:22PM to say:

You "hoe" he reads your story? I just hope he reads that line. Lol, no offence, I just thought it was rather funny.

griffindorechicky101 came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.23 - 11:39PM to say:

opps i meant to put hope thanks so much for noticeing that LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

griffindorechicky101 came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.23 - 11:49PM to say:

im still still laghing!!! (i sware i can be slow at times)

werekitten came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.24 - 12:54AM to say:

I meant that I detest the movies, including Radcliffe.

Spenser Hemmingway came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.24 - 01:22AM to say:

Werekitten-- There are more than a few people who detest the movies, and that is your right. There are a vast number of people who will disagree with you, but that is neither here nor there at the moment. Daniel has shown a devotion to the series (and to Harry) in all contexts. If just one more person is inspired to read after that, then so much the better. The great actor Basil Rathbone was forever typecast as Sherlock Holmes and maybe those weren't the finest of film adaptions, but regardless they were an excellent inspiration. Everyone deserves a birthday wish, and I am extremely proud that I could be the one posting it in this case. Eric B.

QwayMelqnu came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.24 - 01:50AM to say:

Whoopdie birthday and all that!

I for one find it easy to treat the books and the movies as separate entities. Practically no movie can outshine the book it was inspired by, so it's utterly useless to compare them.

Though, being a movie buff (yeah the type that reads the credits at the end and watches all the special features on a DVD to find out "how'd they do that?") I have the uncanny ability to judge a movie as a singular achievement without comparison to books or other movies. Hence I've rarely seen a movie that I couldn't find some sort of positive about. The same goes for all the Harry Potter movies. - Now I'm rambling, Time to get back to my story :P

gryffindor_girl101 came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.24 - 09:03PM to say:

HAPPY LATE B-DAY!!!!!

MG and NerdLee came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.24 - 10:30PM to say:

How old is he now? Like 17or 18? Random thought: I still think it is funny that Emma Watson got "Hottest Female Celebrity" award in some magazine when she just turned thirteen. Magazines are loco.

griffindorechicky101 came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.24 - 10:58PM to say:

um ook he is 18 now and i think that hermione is very pritty

MG and NerdLee came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.25 - 12:23AM to say:

She is very pretty, its just that she was just barely a teenager. Its just kind of odd to me.

ShadeXH came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.25 - 01:56PM to say:

Because it was true.

griffindorechicky101 came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.25 - 03:06PM to say:

oh y a i guess she was huh! i get what you are saying

GinnyMarie came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.26 - 09:27PM to say:

Happy Birthday, Dan! Even if it is a bit late. heh. ^^;

And the movies: I agree with Quay; it is best to treat them as separate things. No movie can ever follow the book down to ever single letter, but that they try to do so with Harry Potter deserves our recognition.

And Dan turned 18. Rupert will be 19 in August, Emma is 17, Evanna is going 16 in August, Matt is 18, and Bonnie is 16 already. Just so you all know.

griffindorechicky101 came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.27 - 06:26PM to say:

i got dan a birthday prestant but i will stay with me cuz its mine my gueniea pig died yesterday so i get a new one and im getiing a girl and hses goingot be balck and white and im gingto name her hedwig

Victor Aagaard came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.28 - 05:44PM to say:

Yeah, MG, that is creepy. Was it a kids' magazine?!

calgary came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.29 - 10:42AM to say:

Wow, those kids have grown! I had no idea they had reached those ages. No wonder they are trying to film thos movies back to back. By the time the 7th movie is filmed, Ruperti will probably be 22!

MG and NerdLee came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.29 - 05:35PM to say:

Sadly, I don't think it was a kids magazine. It was in 04'. It was I just looked it up from where I first saw it, and it was "Hottest Female Stars". So it might not have been in a magazine.

MG and NerdLee came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.29 - 05:36PM to say:

Oh yeah, she placed tenth.

faded memories came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.30 - 06:46PM to say:

galgary- Rupert Grint will be 22 when the movie comes out because it's set to come out in 2010. How thy're going to pass him off as a 17 year old I have no clue.... LOL

ilovecats came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.31 - 04:31AM to say:

*head tilt* I must've missed something... Dan asked SIYE to wish him a happy birthday and calmined that he was going to spend his birthday on here, reading?...

Spenser Hemmingway came out of the woodwork on 2007.07.31 - 09:12AM to say:

ilovecats--We at SIYE wished Daniel a Happy Birthday. The Quibbler reference to his reading stories from our site was an effort at humor. We've been known to do that occasionally. Eric B.
