Can you imagine… Albus Dumbledore as “M” Hermione Granger as Miss Moneypenny Ginny Weasley as the Bond girl Neville Longbottom as “Q” Ron Weasley as Bond’s contact
Draco Malfoy as the villain Pansy Parkinson as the villain’s girl Marcus Flint as the main henchman
And Harry Potter as Harry Bond himself

What would make more sense would for the role of "Q" to be filled by someone who has already demonstrated a propensity for making 'gadgets'. Fred and George could be co-heads of Q-branch. In canon, they did create Extendable Ears, Decoy Detonators, Shield Hats, and various vrieties of Skiving Snackboxes. The Instant Darkness Powder was imported from Peru, but still... They are clearly the inventors in the Potterverse. True, Hermione did devise the Protean Charmed coins for the DA, but that's really only one thing compared to all those other things the Twins invented.

I actually saw Minerva McGonagall as "M" and Hermione as "Q" (maybe Luna would be better). I was looking at it as Post- Hogwarts story. Maybe Romilda Vane as Moneypenny, since Bond never pays any attention to her even though she likes him. Give Gregory Goyle magical metal teeth to be the main henchman. What they would be doing, I have no clue, but it could be fun.
