“Camera: worn, singed, reliable. Needs photographer.” by Jonathan Avery. This was our overall winner back in 2008 for our first Hemingway Six Challenge (2008-5). What will this year's winner be?
We are just over a third of the way into this Challenge. We are having a great response, and we welcome all of you to check out the entries at The Hemingway Six Challenge, Part Two by Sir Ollivander. This is the story into which we have massed everyone's six-novels.
Some admin. notes: Please send entries to firstname.lastname@example.org (Stubborn Jack is my ugly but lovable terrier). No more than five entry novels a day. Remember the six word count. Do not post entries in the reviews section. Oh, and most importantly...have fun.
Google tells us that there are more than a million words in the English language. You only need six of those to try your hand with this. You can even make up some of your own. What do say pilgrims? Make Harry, Ginny, and Papa Ernest proud.
