What a fabulous chapter this is! It has everything - Harry/Ginny, Charlie/Anna, and the humour of the talk between the boys. Have to say I reckon there's going to be a third bond and it's going to be Harry and Ginny.

Quite a climax to this chapter - almost! ;) Charlie and Anna are certainly hot for each other but showing remarkable restraint! Glad to see the love between Harry and Ginny growing stronger! Interesting talk between Harry and Neville! Bet you won't be publishing those sketches but they have to be really interesting! Good thing the girls didn't hear the guys discussing their finer attributes - would be hard to go to Hogsmeade with multiple hexes! Fun chapter! Can't wait for the next one! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
Author's Response: Almost indeed!!!! I must admit this was a fun chapter to write (even if I did have to rewrite each scene a couple of times). I'm glad you enjoyed the end result :) As for the sketches, I seem to recall a silly moment with friends in college during which some detailed (yet poorly drawn) sketches were made. Offered a bit of comic relief between studying for exams ;) Hopefully someone had the good sense to burn them! Thank you so much for this review!

If Dumbledore's assumption is correct that there will be a third bond, Ginny and Harry are slowly but steadily working on it to make it happen. Quite obviously, Anna is also working hard on wearing down Charlie's defences to strengthen their bond. Somehow, I've got the feeling it'll happen sooner rather than later, lol.
The talk between Harry and Neville made me wish that there would be outtakes of The Talks. Well, maybe topic #5 on the actual list of challenge topics will win the voting one day...
With each chapter, I'm more curious where all the jigsaw pieces will fall in the end.

I'm attempting to have the pace of the relationships progress naturally, or at least as naturally as possible given the circumstances ;) Yes, indeed The Talk would be a highly entertaining challenge topic. I wonder how much frank honesty and how much innuendo could be present and still pass for PG 13...hmmm.

Great chapter. I loved the moment with Harry and Ginny and how Ginny knows she can trust Harry. Really liked the talk with the boys it was very realistic. And Charlie and Anna were great.
