I really hate Wormtail. Really. Harry was just getting over his depression and he has to do this.
However, it's probably a good thing that Harry has found out that there's a possibility that he's the seventh horcrux, so that they can try to find a way to get around this problem. Do you really think that there is a chance he is a horcrux? It sounds risky, especially since Voldemort wouldn't have any real control over Harry, the way he does over Nagini. What if something had happened to Harry before he even got to Hogwarts and that fragment of Voldemort's soul escaped?
Author's Response: I think it could have excellent cliffy potential at the end, but I like the Dead Man Walking aspect of revealing it early. I don't think Voldemort intended for Harry to be a Horcrux, I think it happened accidentally.

These are excellent chapters. I do believe myself that Harry is a Horcrux, and may have to sacrifice himself, but that will not be the end. It's the main reason that I can't wait for book 7.

Poor, poor Harry.
The debate on whether Harry himself is a horcrux has been going on forever... but it does have some merit to it. I mean, it is the magical world, you could probably do some soul-catching spell to catch Harry's soul as it leaves his body when he dies, then bring the body back to life or something. But anyway. I, on the otherhand, am looking forward to Harry telling Ginny about this. In my opinion, it is far more important to tell her instead of Ron and Hermione first. Next chapter soon please. ;)
Author's Response: I know, it makes you just want to hug him, doesn't it? Of course, I always want to mother him - I'm sure he'd hate me. Harry will tell all his friends in the next chapter - and you'll get your first glimpse of Malfoy, as well.

Nice chapter!
I was expecting Harry to find a Horcrux in Godric's Hollow, as you can tell from my last review. It's a fact that Voldemort couldn't have done that in the first war, but he could have after his rebirth. However, I think I liked this outcome more. It was a bit predictable (as you've chosen that title, lol), but I wasn't expecting it to show up this soon. It feels too early for this kind of revelation! I like the impact it would have in the actual series, and was really mad at the HP fandom when the last FAQ poll at JKR's failed to answer the question I wanted to be answered the most. I don't believe it will actually happen in the series, though. But it's an excellent source for fanfiction.
I'm curious as to whether this is a bluff or not. How dramatic, to make Harry kill himself for nothing! I liked that he sought out to Ginny - and I can't wait to see the reactions of those people when Harry retells that story... though they will perhaps react in the most logical of ways and tell Harry Wormy was bluffing...
Why was Harry feeling cold? Was it out of shock? Also, what were those shivers?
I enjoyed Harry's thoughts when he saw the house, the exact places where his parents died, the graves... it felt right.

Author's Response: There's more discussion about the Seventh Horcrux in the next chapter when Harry tells his friends. Hermione has lots to say on the matter ;)
As for the cold - Harry was in shock, but the shivering....keep watching that. Good eyes.

Awesome chapter! I can't say what i think about Harry being a Horcrux in cannon as i contradict myself when i think about it. I CAN say however that him being one makes the story a lot more interesting........ Will he die at the end ? Is Harry's entire body a horcrux ? or just his scar ? Are wormtail and Voldemort just screwing with him ?
Do you have to destroy the container to destroy the piece of the soul ? Or is it possible to keep it (Harry) intact ? so many questions with so many possible answers..... I look forward on seeing how you deal with these questions. Once again i must say..... AWESOME!

Author's Response: I know exactly what you mean about contradicting yourself. I can honestly say that whichever side you take, I can argue the other with equal intensity, lol. It does leave loads of possibilities for a fanfic, however. Watch for the next chapter...some of your questions will be answered then, others you'll have to wait awhile.
