That was another highly emotional chapter! You've written about Ginny's fears perfectly and I don't blame her for running away like that. Hogwarts is where Ginny's worst nightmares happened and it will be really difficult for her to feel happy in the castle. Harry's with her now so I think he can probably make her happy. They shoud leave Hogwarts with happy memories, which will completely overshadow all the bad things which happened in both of their lives'. I was quite surprised to see Ron in the castle. I wonder what's going on between him and Ginny. I feel bad for Harry that he has to sit with Draco Malfoy.

When Hagrid rold Harry that Liberty had left the hut with him as she must have known she was needed and Harry agreed that she was indeed very smart, I found that moving as well as it shows Liberty finally beginning to fill those large shoes left by Hedwig.
I love the way you describe how they can sense each other in a room...it seems much more realistic than othere have it and being realistic makes it soooo romantic and lovely:-)
I love that line...I spent a year fighting so that I have the priviledge of worrying about you...and hoping with you.
You have done a marvellous job of showing that Ginny also suffers from PTD...but she put that to the side because she saw Harry's need as the greater...and did such a good job of hiding her trauma that Harry was able to move well down the road of recovery, which he probably wouldn;t have done if he was worrying about her. But now I feel he will be able to return the favour.
Could Hermione have contacted Ron to say Ginny was missing and Ron thinks they were up to mischief the night before? Another angle I am looking at is that Ron heard how she ran out and has suddenly realised just how traumatised she has been and is angry with her not sharing and giving all her effort to helping Harry when she needed help herself?

Strange that the RoR doesn't seem to work, OK Fiendfyre is a cursed substance but would it be that powerful to destroy the enchantment?
I like the new characters, they look like they'll add a bit of colour to the year.
Now I think that you've picked up on the way that JK writes, in that she seemingly inserts a phrase or mentions something but doesn't seem to make anything of it (the locket for example) so the reader forgets about it, but then later on in the story that phrase or object plays a part in the bigger picture. I'm beeting that something Gilbert said to Harry was important!!!
I wonder how Harry's going to cope in Potions? Especially now that he doesn't have HBP's book? Well at least Hermione will be happy , back to being the best in class again!!!!

I particularly admire your ability to capture the simultaneous evolution of so many characters as the effects of the war work their way out.

I loved this chapter! Poor poor Ginny, my heart went out to her.. I'm pleased with the way you were able to show the deep connection between Harry and Ginny.. It was fluffy but very real.
And I feel stupid for asking, but I have to be sure: they weren't 'sexing' were they? Otherwise I'm going to have a word or two with Potter for being a prat.. :)
And Ronnikins!! I love protective!Ron (never had an older brother, but I want one like Ron!) I hope Ginny goes easy on him on whatever they are arguing about.. He has a golden heart and always has the best intentions..
Haha, I also love cranky!Harry.. Harry on a bad day is always awesome xD
Hermione.. Love her, but she should know better not to annoy Harry. She's been saving seats for 3 for 6 years, why couldn't she do it again!! Gerald is a toss-head and Gilbert is adorable.. Who is their Dad??

Great chapter! This is one of my favorite stories that makes me squeel when I see an update! Not real appropriate during study hall, but...oh well!
You are one of the few I've seen that has touched on Ginny's post traumatic stress. It's very true that being busy at home kept it at bay for awhile. Returning to the "scene of the crime" so to speak, should trigger the responses she's showing. Now it's Harrys turn to be the strong one.
Looking forward to seeing what Ron's issue with both Ginny and Harry is. Great visual of Ron in majenta robes, sitting in a sea of black in the Great Hall. Heh...

Great chapter. I had wondered a bit where this was going after the summer was over, but you have done a good job of picking up a new plot line that flows with the previous chapters. And you set up a nice little cliffie with the Ron/Ginny stuff- I love seeing them interact - probably because I never had an overprotective older brother, so of course I wanted one.

Haha what a frustratingly funny chapter, but darn I want to know what's going on between Ron and Ginny. I had to skim over some of the previous chapters. I've been reading so many fics that its hard to remember which is which.

I really love how you've hammered home the fact, more than once, that while the trio was off hunting Horcruxes Ginny was having a horrible time of it. Although she had Neville, Luna, and Seamus she didn't have her main 3 pillars of support. You've worked it into the story so well, I always look forward to the "story update" emails on this one!

Well, first off I want to say that this is an amazing story. Lots of things going on, all of them interesting. I can't wait to see how you fit everything in from the Epilogue into your story, though I do like the part where Crabbe and Goyle are both gay. Somehow, I find that absolutely hilarious.

First of all, wonderfull chapter & you would really make my month if you updated before the 30th of this month. That would make a nice birthday present :) No pressure ofcourse.
Ron, wel he's acting all weird isn't he. wonder what's eating him and how the hell did he know H&G were there, maybe body odour or morning breath :)
Gilbert is lovely, like a chipmunk, can't stop yapping but it's about nothing. Gerald mmmm hope to find out more about him next time 'cause there is something about that family that makes me wonder if dad might have been a DE who regretted the decision he made so long ago or maybe I'm thinking too much.
Mandatory muggle studies for everyone but the muggleborns mmmm bit strange isn't it. Most other students could benefit from muggleborns in their classes. Is that Mugglestudie Proff really like that or is it all an act. Got to stop looking behind my back, start to feel like moody LOL
