Sorry I didn't leave more than a rating before, but that was about it for me before I fell asleep on the keyboard.
By now, everyone else has said all of the things I WOULD have sad....so I'll go another route:
'elecktrickery' was brilliant, as was 'tellingvision.' Just those little pieces of humour keep us from being bogged down in angst.

Love this story. I read one of your other stories on a different site and started searching for more by you and ended up here. I signed up just to review this wonderful story. Onto your brilliant story. I found Ginny's reactions to be quite interesting. Even though her conscious self is clueless, her sub-conscious clearly seems to realize what's before her. It's somewhat agonizing to watch the reunion take so long and yet it clearly is a necessary evil inorder to draw every last exquisit bit of tension out of the story. Kudos to you for not caving in and reuniting them too soon.
I wonder if there is more to Ginny's cut hand than just forcing them together. In light of her "lost" magic, one wonders if a mixing of their blood (figuratively and/or literally) would restore it to her. I don't think that is where you're going, but it's an interesting thought to conisder. Until your next chapter... - Mike -

First of all: don't they have local ansethetics in Britain!?!?! **shudder**
This is one of your most touching chapters....you manage to communicate such longing from each of them, in the most matter of fact statements....it's really quite remarkable, the emotions you elicit, from such simple, quiet statements.
My only complaint is that each chapter is too short! I do realize that you have a real life and real demands upon your time.....it's just that, as I near the end of each chapter, I am eager for more of the developing relationship between Harry and Ginny.
And, for some reason that I can't define....I love that you had Harry tell Ginny "I'll stay with you" three times.....it's like that's a charm or a vow.
Author's Response: Yeah! The needle that goes in is the anaesthetic. You can still feel the tug of stitches - ugh. I hate them. Ginny's reaction is mine lol. Don't worry, now that I have gotten past a major hurdle at uni updates should be faster than over the last month or so.
