I missed your putting up the previous chapter, so I happily had two chapters to read when I discovered this one! I'm so glad that Ginny still finds flying/broom riding exhilerating. With her loss of magic she could have easily gone the way of Hermione and be completely terrified of going up into the sky without a Muggle airplane surrounding her. As it is, I certainly hope that this is a turning point for her, that the love she discovers up there in the sky is the catalyst for a resurgence in her magic. However, if it isn't, I'm certainly glad that Harry's and Ginny's hearts are healing and that they have rekindled the love they have denied themselves for so long.
I found it completely hilarious that Ron found it necessary to keep his opinion to himself when he found Ginny in Harry's kitchen. I'm also glad that he agreed that Ginny should keep Harry's t-shirt rather than make him put it on! That would definitelly have been a sight to see! As for the visit to Tonks, in a way, I'm glad that Harry's idea to have tea with Tonks backfired on him. That's because it's showing him that the origin for Ginny's magical loss is completely different in nature and that if he wants to help Ginny, he'll need patience and fortitude to help her discover the cause. Whatever the case, I give this terrific story two thumbs up and a high five for causing my emotions to run the gambit as I was reading.

Loved the scene "the morning after"! But I am just as clueless as Ginny...WHAT is going on???
The visit with Tonks just brakes my heart! Please let Ginny and Harry - eventually - be able to help her as well!!!

You'll have to pardon any misspelling's as I am writing this in the dark while I'm waiting for a research experiment to finish running. As always, brilliantly written and thoroughly enjoyable. I really like the parralle between Tonks and Ginny. I'm going out on a limb and guessing that this was a vital scene for Ginny to continue healing and get her magic back.
Congrats on finishing the thesis! I hope you don't do what I did when I finished Grad School...I got sick as a dog for about 2 weeks (let the good times rolll). Good luck on your future endeavors! - Mike

hmm, interesting chapter
this chapter seems to have created a lot of questions which I can't wait to find out the answers to
it's odd about Tonk's magic though and how similar and yet different it is to Ginny's situation

What a sad, sweet story. I love Ron's reaction; that he's seen his sister and best friend go through so much pain that he's simply happy for them to have found each other, and is able to put his usual brotherly overprotective impulses aside. Very well done!

so tonks is alive... i thought she died as well... and she's having a hard time doing magic because of her broken heart... so did remus die like in the book or was it some other way?.... so ginny's broken magic has nothing to do with her broken heart... i bet that killed a lot of people's theories... great chapter... kutgw
