It certainly is puzzling as who could have bound Harry's powers...Snape is my firsr guess if he was trying to decide which "camp" to go for in the end but surely Dumbledore would have expected Harry to talk about what happened in the chamber? So could the two spell be cast by two different wizards?
I am very much looking forward to seeing what happens when Ginny and Harry meet...it's hardly going to be a sudden clearing of minds simply, in my opinion, because I know the length of this story...so I'm keen to read on:)

I've got a couple of ideas on who did the memory charm although I'm not sure
what I don't get is why Harry doesn't seem to know anything about Ginny - surely Ron has mentioned her and he's seen her in the summer?
