Ginny is too stubborn for her own good...lol!
Author's Response: I agree that she's been stubborn here, but she's not the only one, and I think she has a good reason. Harry pushed Ginny away for her own good but it hurt her after her admission of love and she became detirmined not to let him break her heart again. They've both got a lot to work through but are too stubborn to talk to each other.

Poor Harry, he did what he thought was right and Ginny is stubborn enough to deny herself what she wants just on principle alone. We all know he didn't really need to break up with her, she was a target anyway, but Ginny holding her grudge about being left behind is just as wrong. You are off to a good start. Looking forward to the next chapter.

Might have to add AU as a category to this fic, too, as it disregards most of book 7. Good start.

No horried tales of the Carrows, at least not yet, so maybe this really IS just a H/G romance story, which would be wonderful.
Author's Response: Yep, just a Harry / Ginny romance story with a few setbacks along the way. Definatly no Carrows and I couldn't bear to kill Fred in this story. Thanks for reviewing.

I'm interested to see where you go with this. I've read fics similar to this in the past, but anything with Harry and Ginny together, especially when it's Harry fighting to win her heart, I have to read it because I think Ginny deserves to be wooed and chased after all her years of longing.
