Ah, the adventure xmas in Romania. I've often remembered the scene with the owls and the invisibility cloak. However, I'd forgotten which story it was. Now I know it again :)
Counting freckles... the two of them are really cute together.
You mention that it will become AU after 2nd year. I take it that the sequel is on the way, as soon as GBAM is finished, right?

Glad to see you have returned to the story. Lovely chapter. There was one problem though, you described a broom as being, "three meters of wood." Shouldn't it be more like 1.5 meters?
Author's Response: If it were a normal broom, sure. I sure as hell couldn't do anything with a 3 metre broom. But normal brooms aren't for flying. The movie brooms were two metres or so if you include the twigs at the back. I've put them down as roughly three metres because of how I imagine sports brooms in my head.

Nice to see that Harry is having a normal teen year even thought they are growing fast together...maybe that's ok but I think Molly is going to step in soon....kutgw

I do aim to balance the whole 'oh crap there's stuff trying to kill everyone and this evil dude's immortal and wants to wear my intestines as a necklace' with the 'quidditch *#!?%$@?&£!@#' and the whole 'we've got a bunch of teenage boys and girls in close proximity... hmm...' and of course the fact that you've just given a kid like Harry power over the nature of his environment at its most basic level. Plan to have a lot of fun with this lol
