Title: Interlude: Three Families
That was just mean. I was in all dolled up in my fancy dress and you didn't give me a party!
Knew the mini HAD to be Hermione's. You have created a fantastic world with your "future" while keeping the characters true and doing a wonderful job showing their daily lives in a way that keeps the reader interested, even when simply showing a glimpse of family life. I stopped even caring about the case as I've become wrapped up in their domestic adventures! I've learned a great deal about British food from your stories (currant juice and corn on tuna salad sandwiches - interesting, but I'll pass) and suspect you, too, spent a great deal of your teenage years staring at a black line on the bottom of pool.
Excellent work. Hopefully, we'll attend the party soon. Maybe George will slip Mary a special sweet.
Author's Response: Thanks for the review.
This should have been the party, but I realised that I needed to add some more of the murder plot, and it seemed best to do it before the party. Hence the sudden insert of this interlude.Mix tuna, mayonnaise, and cooked corn kernels into a paste. Not my favourite, but the kids like it.
Iām no swimmer, but I know several. The party starts next chapter.-N-
