Great to see an update! I'm amazed with all of the people there only one outburst of accidental magic! Jacqui is very quick to spot the cracks in their stories, but she luckily she is to sensible to attribute the cracks to anything close to the truth. I loved Leslie's comment about being able to talk to someone normal - it must be confusing to be a Muggle living in a Magical world. I'm sure it was also reassuring to hear about a Muggle birth instead of a Magical one.
There was one spot that I thought it was a typo. It was after the trifle incident and the sentence reads ' There was no sign of the Charltons.' I'm thinking that was supposed to be the Sevilles
Author's Response: Thanks for the review. There was only one outburst of accidental magic, and that was complicated enough. Jacqui is managing (with Mike's help) to rationalise most of the oddities. I'm really pleased the way Dennis and Lesley have turned out. I always worry about adding yet more OC's to a story which is full of them. Lesley as "the Muggle who knows" was robably happy to have some ordinary peope to talk to.Thanks for the typo spot, it's fixed. I really should know better and not do a final read through when I'm half-asleep.

I guess they were lucky that there was only one bout of accidental magic. All in all HArry and Ginny had a successful party combining the Muggles with the magical folk.

I was overjoyed when I saw the update for this story in my inbox and it did not disappoint. Masterfully woven, it is so entertaining to watch Jacqui try and piece together the Potters' lives. There were several close calls and I think that she is starting to put together a list of unusual things about the Potter clan. We'll see what becomes of that. Altogether a superb chapter!

As I said in the notes, this chapter fought back. It's been rewritten so many times! There certainly were several close calls in this one. I reckon Luna managed to get away with stuff, simply because of who she is (allowances are made). Thanks again.-N-
