I've been reading this on SIYE, but I've also looked it over on FF.net out of boredom and because I'm WAY more used to that site for, well, everything. Doesn't matter which site I read this on: It's still an amazing story that I just can't stop reading. You've earned that Silver Trinket without a doubt. I'm pretty sure I voted for your story at least once or twice while voting.
An amazing plot that just seems to get better and better, really. Love it!

An intriguing start but in canon, I don't think Harry knew who the headmaster was until September first, not on Ginny's birthday but you said A/U so I guess that is one of your changes. The trick with Kreacher is something that he should have done and the verifcations to be given and received by Kreacher were well thought out. My biggest complaint is how short this chapter is.

If only Harry had really been smart enough to use Kretcher as a way to communicate with Ginny then maybe they would have both been happier that time away- with how ignorant the DE are I doubt they would be smart enough to keep tabs on house elfs. Interesting start. Interested to see where this goes.
