Title: 14: Reunion
Hope they have a good Christmas holiday. They certainly deserve a few happy days together as a family.
Author's Response: The children are certainly hoping for a good visit with their parents, even if there are a few things that are different from how they've been in the past. Thanks for reading.

Title: 14: Reunion
Oh gosh, a time turner...I guess that wasn't thrown in for no reason...what on earth is she up to with that!?
And Draco is now in serious danger....
I loved the family reunion at kings cross. We are also getting tasters of how able bodied people treat those in wheelchairs and just how taxing simply navigating kerbs and crossings can be. I hope Harry isn't too down about it.
Author's Response: Since this is the first time Harry has been out on his own in public, he's learning all sorts of things about being wheelchair-bound. Some of it is good and some not so good, but I think he's happy with the fact that he's just proved to himself that he has most of the skills necessary to survive a day out in London. Oh yes, the Matron has a time-turner, but how she uses it won't be revealed for some time yet. And yes, there's every possibility that Draco is in serious danger...

Title: 14: Reunion
Argh, a time turner and Draco is targeted. Tension is mounting. Nice reunion scene and dealing with new situations and setbacks.
Author's Response: The baddies are getting desperate and desperate times call for desperate measures... including targeting someone who was only trying to do the right thing. You'll hear more about the Time Turner in future chapters. Thanks for the review. Another chapter goes up on Thursday...

Title: 14: Reunion
I was going to ask why they're staying at a hotel instead of at Grimmauld Place, but I suppose I don't need to know that your A/N answered that for me.
I really like that the Aurors are getting so close to the Matron that she's getting so anxious and irritated, but on the other hand, it doesn't exactly bode well for Malfoy, and here's a sentence that I didn't think I'd ever write in a review: please let Draco get away unharmed. There've been plenty enough victims already.
I still love Harry's new attitude, and I'm really looking forward to some more Potter family interaction in the next few chapters. Teddy was supposed to come home too, right?
Author's Response: Yes, there have been quite enough victims already, but the Matron is out for vengence and probably won't rest until she's completely discredited Payton Stilwell, the man she thinks victimized her. You'll just have to keep reading to see whether Draco survives to the end of the story. I'm glad you've found some compassion for him.
Christmas is a good time for families to gather, so yes, you'll see lots of Weasley action and Teddy will be present and have some one-on-one time with Harry.
Thanks for writing. See you next Thursday...

Keep up the good work and the frequent postings!
Author's Response: Thanks. I'll keep posting until I run out of written chapters or finish the story, whichever comes first. I'm glad you're keeping up with the story. Until next Thursday...

Nice to see Harry out and about.
Author's Response: It is, isn't it! He still has a way to go to achieve independence in his chair, but this is a significant step in the right direction. Thanks for the comment.

Nice to see you're keeping it realistic. Please don't succumb to the temptation of Deus ex machina ending.
Author's Response: I wouldn't dream of succumbing to a sweet, sappy ending this soon, especially with the bad guys still at large and things still up in the air health-wise for both Harry and Brian. There's lots more to come. I'll see you next Thursday...

Title: 14: Reunion
Thanks for another chapter. i am continuallly impressed with your weekly updates. You have such an imaginative mind to come up with an elaborate story like this one!
Author's Response: The only way I have been able to keep up with these updates is to have started writing the story many months ago. I came up with the idea last October, let it simmer for a while and then started writing the first chapters last November. I've been working on it steadily since then. As for how elaborate the story is, I love to read and have spent time studying how published mystery writers use their characters to tell various parts of the story so that the action always moves forward toward the conclusion. This is my first attempt at writing a mystery and I admit that I'm having fun with it. Thanks for writing to me.

Good ending ti the chapter. The Matron character and the sort of people she usues is developing. The fact she has a time turner is interesting.
Author's Response: There will be more about the Time Turner in future chapters as well as how the Matron uses it and her followers to do her evil deeds. I'm glad you thought the end of the chapter was good. Thanks for writing to me.

Yay! The smile on my face was a mile wide when they kids saw Harry and that He was throwing himself into getting better! I'm a bit worried about the evil matron though, I have a feeling her sick experiment isn't over yet! i can't wait for more!
Author's Response: I'm so glad I made you smile! I think you'll agree with me that this story needed some smiles and a few happy moments. Yes, the Matron and her colleagues and minions are still at large and are still as evil as ever. More of them in future chapters, I promise. Thanks for the review. See you next Thursday...

Title: 14: Reunion
I continue to enjoy the story. The time-turner explains how Harry was gone for a moment but torttured for hours.
I feel sorry for Ginny--having to drive a large van with a sleeping husband and having to do it on the wrong side of the road also. That does make it all harder. :-)
Thanks again. The weekly updates are great.
Author's Response: The Matron has a million-and-one ways she uses the Time Turner. However, she couldn't have used it the night Harry was hurt because even if she had grabbed him when she went back in time, she didn't torture Harry like she'd done with Mark Huntley. Instead, Harry's "insertions" were exactly what she did to Brian; keeping her plan a simple in-and-out procedure was more effective in the long run than trying to take him back in time. As for Ginny, you may think the British drive on the "wrong side" of the road, but for them it's normal. Also, I think she likes the feeling of being the "queen of the road" while driving the van. If you want, go back and read the end of that section... she's pretty pleased for several reasons. Thanks for writing to me. I appreciate it. See you next week.
