Nice peek into the Harpies locker room. I loved their teasing banter, and I'm glad you didn't confuse me with hair colours and descriptions of female clothing as one of the earlier reviews suggested, lol.
I think I know who's waiting for Ginny by the counter, and somehow I'm sure she's not happy about the 'flirting' part. Though, I can't help but think that there's no flirting involved - at least not from her 'boyfriends' side.

Now this is highly, highly interesting, I don't see why this should get any bad reviews really. Yeah, it turns things upside down somewhat, but it's been a while since we've seen any really good Ginny-pursuit fics. I very much like the almost effortless way you do time jumps and POV switches. Both Harry and Ginny are well-characterised; Harry's blokeyness is highlighted but not at the expense of oversimplification, while Ginny is quite clueless yet still intelligent. Looking forward to the rest.

Oh, I love this bit of locker room girl-bonding! Great descriptions of Ginny's teammates; they're so individual and easy to picture and made me giggle with their banter over Ginny's non-existant boyfriend. I'm glad Harry was waiting for her... he's sure to make great hot chocolate!

After the first paragraph of how Ginny spent her time NOT thinking about Harry, I stopped for a second to pop on 10cc's "I'm not in Love" for background music, because I knew it was going to be the perfect song for this chapter. It was funny and fun to read, and even if it was (judging from your comments) a challenge for you to write, I still enjoyed all of the locker room banter between the girls. I hope this isn't the last we see of them.
"Game of Flats?" Gemma must be seriously old-fashioned if she's pulling that one out of the lexicon. That's been around even longer than "scarlet woman."

Sorry I haven't reviewed since the beginning but I'm still following your very entertaining story. My time to do any of this has been really limited. I admit to being older and perhaps not as hip as I once was, but I'm afraid I'm unsure about the term "todger doger." I'm assuming that's referring to a male or female who is "hitting" or "pitching" for the other team? Fun story to read! looking forward to the next installment. - M
Author's Response: A todger is a ... ahem ... Male appendage. A todger dodger is a lady who dodges such an appendage by engaging in intimate relationships with other women. It's some colourful slang for that sexual orientation known as lesbian. Glad you are enjoying the story.

I thought the OC Quidditch team was great .and even better yet all their names started with "G"! And loved all the ways Ginny "didn't" think about Harry was great. I love how all your writing has a poetic rythm to it. Excellent!
