That is so irritating. I understand why Harry did it. He and those closest and important to him know he is powerful and could have won that duel but still this gives Snape and the Junior DeathEaters fuel for their arrogance.
Just once it would have been nice to see Snape put in his place. Ahh well... I guess it was necessary. Maybe.
Argh!
Author's Response: Sometimes one must lose a few battles to win the war.

The scene between Susan and Ron and Hermione was fun to read.
It was potentially very far-sighted, that Harry has lost the duel against Snape. I am curious to see if he eventually has an advantage and is underestimated. On the other hand, Malfoy Sr. has already learned that Harry is very powerful.
Great chapter! Thank you!
Author's Response: I thought Hermione started to have feelings for Ron by third year,so ley us have fun with it. Harry is trying to hide his abilities from the public as long as he can, but you are right. Malfoy and Voldemort knows he is formidable.

I enjoyed reading your new chapter.
Loved the little group that Bill put together to attempt to train Harry and Ginny. It left them with their mouths open in surprise.
The Dueling Club was interesting. Snape and the Slytherins seem too over confident.
Looking forward to the next chapter.
Author's Response: I am glad you enjoyed the chapter. The Weasley children all need to get ready to do battle. No better way than to get extra training at school away form their overprotective mother. The rest of the school will need some help too, and soon, very soon.

Well it's time for the hallows to get together again. Now snape is dumb but the snakes are worse....kutgw
Author's Response: Snape is still full of himself and his biased opinions of James. The snakes do love to crow and brag about their victories. The Hallows will play some part in this story, but it won't be as important as in canon.
Thank you for the review, M.V.

An interesting new chapter. I enjoyed the Dueling Club and the way Harry handled Snape (the greasy git). Looking forward to your next update.
Author's Response: Thank you for the review. I wanted to give the Hogwarts students some chance to learn to defend themselves before the war broke out in full force.
