Love this chapter. I feel that you have made Ginny the strong and trustworthy character Harry needs.

Very enjoyable story. I like how you've made Harry flawed in his reticence, not perfect in seeing that Ginny is trustworthy. She earns that evaluation. Looking forward to more.

The second time around, this chapter is even better than when I first read it. I did, in fact, pick up on several things I'd skimmed over last read-through, like the fact that Remus didn't know where Sirius was at the beginning of the chapter.
"Big Brother Ron" is hard to write without making come across as too overbearing. I think, compared to a couple of stories being posted now where the authors admit to bashing Ron, you've written him much more believably than most in a situation like this. It'll be interesting to see how fast he changes his tune once he discovers that his sister and best friend know something he doesn't, a vital secret that's keeping Harry from trusting his dorm mates enough to try being friends.
I'm also looking forward to next chapter, since I'm sure Harry's going to let Ginny in on his other secret.

Author's Response: I'm glad you don't feel that I'm doing any Ron-bashing. I try to avoid that and it's kind of fine line at times. It'll take awhile before he changes his tune. Yes, that other secret will be coming to light next.
