I am glad to see how cordially Harry is received at the Weasleys and how Bill and Charlie are watching the both of them with growing interest.
What are Dumbledore's intentions that he let Harry stay with the Weasleys despite full moon? Is it irresponsible or he is pursuing other plans? We will see.
Author's Response: Well, Dumbledore didn't have much choice, really. Remus allowed Harry to go to the Burrow, and that's where he stayed until Remus returned. In a way, Dumbledore was being a tad manipulative in waiting to get Harry until so close to moonrise. He kind of hoped the Weasleys would discover Harry's secret.

I can imagine Harry's anger at Dumbledore--all Harry sees is the problems Dumbledore has caused for him.

This is a really good fanfic. Unusual story plot as well, harry as a werewolf? But it works really well and I'm loving the harry/ginny! Please update quickly!
Author's Response: I'm glad you like it. I'm amazed at the positive response I've gotten for this story. I normally don't write Harry and Ginny this young but it's been fun so I'm glad you like them too. I'm almost finished with Chapter 15 so when it's finished, I'll update again.

Everyone believes in the 'wonderful and powerful' Dumbledore, but he is a manipulator. He wanted Harry found out by the Weasley's. They will be shocked to start with but, being who they are, the Weasley's will eventually accept Harry. When they hear of Harry's story of what happened on the night, they will, hopefully, back him. ( They accepted Remus for what he was in canon.)
Please don't wait to long to post the next chapter.
Author's Response: You're exactly right about Dumbledore. He IS a manipulator. And yes, he DID want Harry found out. Will ALL the Weasleys accept Harry? You'll have to wait and see. Hopefully it won't be too long.

I've been enjoying this story. I am curious to see how the Weasley family responds to Ginny dating a werewolf. Ron will be pleased that his suspicions have been somewhat vindicated. I am a huge fan of canon Ron, so him being so obstinate and ugly hasn't been my favorite, but I love this Ginny and Harry.
Author's Response: Ron WILL feel vindicated, you're right. He'll begin to let go of the chip on his shoulder too so you'll start to like him a little more I think. To be honest, I'm surprised I haven't gotten more people saying they don't like my Ron. Don't worry. He won't stay a git.

Grr. I am so mad at Albus. Sending them away at this time of month was stupid, but waiting until six to come and let Harry know and collect him. It's like he's setting Harry up to be found out. There is no excuse for his behaviour. I really have to believe this is more of his manipulations. H/G are so sweet together. Love how supportive the rest of the family is. And the map! I can't believe it's been destroyed. I hope that Sirius and Remus can fix it, if they ever return. And Remus is gone during the full moon. This does not sound hopeful at all. What a cliff-hanger to leave us with!
Author's Response: You've found Dumbledore out. Yes, he was setting Harry up to be found out, manipulating things as he always has. I'm glad you like Harry and Ginny together. Young love. Yes, overall the family has lived up to their canon reputations. Don't fear about the map. Yeah, the cliffhanger. I try not to do that too often as I hate reading them myself, but it seemed like a good place to end the chapter.

This story really couldn't be any better! I've enjoyed all of your stories, but I think this one is you really coming in to your own as a writer. Comparing it to "Innocence Lost," I can tell it's the same author (particularly with the gentle sweetness of the H/G romance at a younger age than we saw in canon), but your technical skills as a writer and storyteller are now among the best in fan fiction.
I particularly love your characterizations of the Weasleys in this chapter. Each of them is just spot on! (I have a generally positive view of Ron, but at this point in time he was a rather jealous, insecure person. Under these circumstances, I can see him acting as he has. He'll grow up, hopefully.). I just hope that what they are about to see is adequately explained to them in such a manner that they don't react wrongly to Harry being "dangerous" (i.e. I hope they get to see that the potion renders Harry harmless.).
You said you're currently working on chapter 15. That means the next chapter is written? Please don't leave us hanging on this cliff too long!
Author's Response: Goodness! Thank you so much! When I had started this story, I never once thought I'd get such glowing praise. The most I hoped for was to not get any "I hate werewolf-Harry stories" or "This would never happen" type of response. I'm so glad you're enjoying the story as much as I am. You like the Weasleys now but will you in a chapter or two? Guess we'll see. Yes, I'm working on Chapter 15 and hope to have it done soon so I can post the next one. Trying to stay ahead in case I run into a time where I don't get much writing done.

Grrr! The second time through this chapter doesn't make me any happier with Dumbledore than it did the first time! That man should have never taken advantage of Harry going to stay at the Weasley's to send Remus and Sirius on dangerous missions, especially so close to the full moon. I'm glad Harry was at the Weasley's when he received the news of Remus and Sirius' disappearances, but it does nothing to help the fact that right at the end, Harry transforms right before their eyes and only Ginny knows what's happening. I know Arthur and Molly will understand and not pass judgment, but Dumbledore should have had the courtesy to take Harry back to Hogwarts before he suffered the embarrassment of transforming right before their very eyes! Oh, bother! What can we do with an irascible old man? Well done!
Author's Response: LOL. Thank you...again. Dumbledore never does anything without having an ulterior motive. Something I think Harry and Ginny will soon discover. Really it was a secret that the Weasleys needed to be in on but it should have been up to Harry to tell them. Now Ginny is left to explain. Glad the chapter brought such emotions. I'm doing something right, then.

Well, some very sweet scenes with Harry and Ginny. I kept waiting through the whole chapter for something to happen and reveal Harry's secret, though. Some bad news at the end and now what is Harry going to do and are the Weaslys gong to find out? Can't wait for your next update.
