Wonderful! I'm glad Dumbledore and Harry weren't against each other for long. Although, Ginny doesn't seem as stoic as she is in the book. Just thought I'd mention that. Update soon!
Author's Response: No, she isn't. Not sure if you feel that's good or bad. While I love stories in which Harry and Dumbledore are at odds with each other, it just didn't seem the right time for that in the story--not that I'm saying that will ever happen, either. I'm almost finished with the next chapter so hopefully it won't be too long.

Excellent couple of chapters.
I really don't blame Harry for hoping and trying this potion. He has some very good reasons why.
I love how Harry and Ginny's relationship is coming along. The way she is always there to help him. Like with his broom to help get back to the common room.
Looking forward to the next chapter.
Author's Response: Thank you! Ginny is definitely his rock. Glad the story is still meeting your expectations. Currently working on the next chapter.

Glad Harry is doing better in his grief, and doesn't have Voldemort in his head anymore. I love how Ginny always knows what he needs . It shows how much she cares at the end when she admitted to her fear of him be hurt because of the potion. Those two are so perfect together.
Author's Response: He's getting there, thanks in large part, to Ginny. Yes, they really are perfect together. I'm glad you liked that admission. Some have made mention how emotional Ginny seems to be--not like canon Ginny at all.

Author's Response: While I love stories in which Harry and Dumbledore don't see eye to eye on things, I just couldn't do that at this point in time. Harry is still rather young. Will they always get along? Perhaps not. Ginny's scared of something awful happening to Harry because of this potion. Can't fault her for being scared. She's sticking by Harry regardless of her worries and that's what counts.

Title: Leave Our Childhood Behind
A really enjoyable chapter! I'm glad Harry didn't just blindly agree with Dumbledore not to start his training but insisted on doing it with or without his blessing. I'm sure it'll pay off!
I agree with Ginny not wanting Harry to experiment with this potion - I'm not sure I'd want to trust Snape!
Author's Response: Harry's going to be a bit more independent than he was in canon. As for the potion, sometimes there's no choice but to trust the expert. Harry REALLY wants this to work and so will do whatever is necessary to give it a chance.

im glad to see harry make some head way towards the end and working with the people he can trust is a plus...ginny is still wokring her magic and thats good to see....now getting rid of his furry little problem would be a plus but also a minus.....kutgw
Author's Response: Yeah, there's pros and cons to overcoming the transformations. You'll just have to wait and see which way it'll go.
