Well, somehow I've seen it coming (attack on Hogwarts when Harry is busy with trial).
Should tell you tho that it was't the right procedure for Dumbledore to show Ginny's image and ask "is it her?". He should have shown few images of different women and ask which one was there. Just showing one image means he leads the witness and would bring an objection. :P
Author's Response: Good point concerning Ginny's image. I hadn't thought of that. But then again, we all know that the justice system in the Wizarding world doesn't exactly follow all of the laws we are used to in our world.
