Good chapter. I imagine there are a lot of reasons Ginny and Hermione weren't close during her final year. First Hermione was always closer to Harry and Ron, not Ginny. I always found Hermione to be to controlling, pushy, and she always seemed to think she was right. Truth she was kind of close minded and never really cared to listen to others if they disagreed.
I can't see Ginny taking that from anyone, especially after everything her and the others went though. They were all probably dealing with issues from the last year that Hermione luckily didn't have any experience in. In the book Bella didn't get to torture her for long before Dobby helped, but it still took her two weeks to recover. I imagine Ginny, Neville, Luna, and the rest didn't get any recovery time. There was probably some resentment towards her.
You also mentioned that she would interrupt Ginny's time with Harry. I think any girlfriend would be annoyed if someone kept ruining their dates.
And the fact that Harry automatically took Hermione's word instead of asking Ginny was horrible. I can't see Ginny aborting any pregnancy even if the baby was Malfoy's .
