Interesting chapter.
Lucius's underlying motives (if you can call them that ), are come out. He is definitely out for self preservation above anything else; even the Dark Lord.
I'm thinking that Collin has something to do with Harry's trunk being trashed and the map and mirror taken. Whether he was imperialised or what, I'm not sure yet. It had to be a Gryffindor to have been able to access his dorm without being detected.
I love the banter between Harry and Ginny.
Looking forward to the next chapter.
Author's Response: Lucius' motives will continue to be revealed. Self preservation is up there...but there might be a little more to it than that. Collin is a good guess, not that I'll confirm it or anything. I also love the banter between Harry and Ginny--they are so fun to write!
