Usually I really don't like stories where Ginny and Harry have been separated after war due to any reasons. Its because I think it doesn't match their character line.
I don't know why, but I think this story will become a really nice one so I will give it a try. Actually I found the first two chapters really good. I am really impressed that you have completed every story you wrote so far. So I promise to come back to read and review every new chapter.
Author's Response: Hi and thank you for a lovely review. I never post a story without completing it first, which is why I can update fairly quickly, also thanks to the validators on the site. There's nothing more frustrating than getting into a great story and it's not finished. Two of my fave ever stories are like that. I will never do that, I like writing epilogue so too much! I look forward to seeing where you take this story. I really enjoyed how Seamus acted, too funny. Obviously there are girls that are super jealous of her. Probably just gold diggers after Harry.

Enjoyed the chapter. Interesting backstory with some good questions left open. I am not quite sure why Ginny is so alienated from her family or why she sees herself as a failure even though she played professional quad pot and wrote a book. That's pretty good for a 22 year old.
What really makes me wonder though is why Harry built his house in the burrows ashes. That seeks lie an odd and arguably obsessive decision. But i look forward to reading more and understanding more also.

Author's Response: I know so many stories show a strong Ginny, and these early chapters will show a lack of self confidence and not wanting to deal with her family as she feels a bit of failure to to her injury in quad pot when she had high expectations of a big Quidditch career. She's lacking a direction in her life right now, and feeling like a failure, but all her friends see is that she is living in LA and has written a successful book and think she's living the high life. This self doubt will reoccur throughout the story, so I hope it's not too much of a downer :/ let me know what you think as the story goes. Cheers

Wow! What a chapter! This mystery that is Ginny has me intrigued, especially the witches at the party are talking behind her back. And then, when she's honest with Harry about being alone, it makes me wonder whether she compared other men to him like he seems to have done with her. I'm glad they're finally getting the one-on-one alone time they should have had all those years ago, especially since the location of Harry's house seems to be a shock to her. Well done. I look forward to the next chapter.
