It's nice that Harry enjoys things like cooking and has been around Ginny's classes enough to know how to help Tonks. I'm glad you're following canon and having Teddy be a boy instead of a girl: I'm not sure I'm ready for a Theodora or a Teddi.
Harry, it seems, has thoroughly fallen for Ginny. While he sounds much happier than he did several chapters ago, it makes me sad that she isn't ready for romance when he clearly is. I hope she'll "see the light" soon. It would be a shame if he built the house of his dreams, for the girl of his dreams, and then have to live in it by himself.
Author's Response: Wow, you blew me away in that I have never read a story where Teddy was a girl, nor have I ever contemplated writing Teddy as a girl. Hmm, interesting!! Yes, Harry has fully embraced his feelings, and Ginny is too stuck on 'I must heal Harry'. Thankfully that changes soon. There's not many chapters left! Cheers, as always!

I must say that I enjoy what you've cultivated here. Although one can sense her wavering instincts, empathise with the troubling uncertainties carried over from her past, Ginny nonetheless epitomises 'strength in forbearance'. In my (albeit limited) experience with HP fanfics, I don't think I've really seen a Ginny characterisation quite like it. I suppose some people could argue canonical plausibility, but as long as it makes a good story, it's fine with me. I'll be interested to see how this plays out!
