I love the fact that you show Harry ang Ginny feeling compelled to get everything out in the open! I think this is imperative if they are to have a future together. I have one question. Maybe I am reading the chapter incorrectly, but the way Ginny prepared Harry not to be angry, and reminds him how terribly he had hurt her on multiple occasions, it sounded as if she intended to confess some infidelity or something of that ilk. I know it's not in Ginny's nature, and their separation was the breakup that wasn't, and it seemed that neither really thought they were truly apart, then why such an emotional reaction to what she was about to tell him. Obviously, I misunderstood.
Author's Response: This was the first story I ever wrote and this chapter was written nearly two years ago. I must admit the early chapters of this story are not brilliant, no where near to being perfect. I think the later chapters are probably much stronger than this. So if this was a mess, I am sorry!

this is just an opinion. i think when you described their love for each other, you went a bit overboard. you described their feelings in different ways yet, it all came down to the same thing. say, i am talking about an egg. i describe this as while, oval, surrounded by a shell with a yellow and white content and then i carry on to describe what oval means and what the yellow part is and what its significance.... that is what i mean. you explored their love to a point where you are going round and round and ending up where you started. but that is only my opinion.
apart from that, you did a great job.

The continuation of the story was excellent.
I am relieved that the two have talked about everything and are back together.
Together they will be stronger and it will be easier for them to go through the now upcoming weeks and month of the aftermath of war.
I hope Harry cannot be persuaded by the Ministry to hunt the remaining Dark wizards. He would have safety concerns again about Ginny. He has done his duty. The two of them should complete their education and look for a peaceful job.
Many thanks for sharing the story. I'm looking forward to the next chapter.

Sadly my story won't have him going back to school, as I am following the information that Jo gave us about the 19 years, but I won't have him running off to join the aurors immediately either!

This was a very refreshing chapter in that both Harry and Ginny were able to inform eachother of the horrible times they had been through.
They must both feel a sense of relief now that they have told eachother all that they did.
