This is the fourth time that I've read your story and just noticed that I wasn't able to leave a review. Love how Ginny took her revenge over Flint, how I wish all women are witches that can do that too lol

Very interesting chapter.
I'm not totally sure GInny will talk to Hermione, but I hope she does.
Please update soon.

Author's Response: Thank you Carolyn

Well, Harry and Ginny just matured more in this chapter. Coming face to face with the evils of the world will do that. I'm just not sure why Harry is so clam about it. I sure hope Lucius Malfoy will have justice served to him and not get away as in canon.

Thanks for sharing.

Author's Response: Thanks: I said before that bringing a twelve year old to the table is hard and i will strive harder to get him back to his proper age. Malfoy's fate was written before the first chapter was and i hope you will enjoy it. Thanks again

What else can I say, this chapter was all around awesome.

Author's Response: What can i say, your great review and comment made my day, thank you for that.

The incident with Flint shows that Harry must not focus only on the things that he wants to change. He must also consider that these changes may cause other events, events that didn't happen in the time he knows, but events which nevertheless might be dangerous. That fact that destroying the diary might cause someone to look after it is just one example. On the other hand, errors are made to learn from.
Great chapter! Thank you.

Author's Response: Thank you Prongs, both for reading and reviewing: things change but in the end i am sure Harry will prevail, or so i hope, /smile thanks

I just caught up with your story. I enjoy the humor such as Harry's encounter with Stan early in this chapter and Harry not-so-subtly trying to play matchmaker. It's also cute that Harry and Ginny have started a form of flirting with each other already.

I am a little concerned about your inclusion of mad cow disease blood in the story. Prions are incredibly durable and although mere skin contact won't cause a problem, a small cut would be enough for a possible infection. Remus might not be privy to this knowledge but still, there should have been a less dangerous source of blood.

Although Harry's overly successful Accio may have been pushing it a little, I liked how you wrote the attack by Flint and it was realistic. However, the question is why would Lucius suddenly want the diary back? It might be that since his recent run-in with the law he considered it too risky to leave out there. I don't think Harry has changed enough yet for Lucius to be concerned about what Voldemort might think. You have me very curious about what Harry has planned next. I'm also curious what Ginny might reveal to Hermione and how well she'll deal with her experience. I also think we've waited long enough for the dueling club.

Author's Response: so glad you are enjoying it, thanks for the R&R. And about the hardihood of the prions I am aware. I included "Mad Cow" in the story because in the early 90's it was a big deal. Gov. sources insist that the prions are in the nerve tissue of infected animals and the rest is safe. As the prions are transmitted in the sheep and goat population through ingesting infected droppings and/or soil, it is obvious at some point the prions are not just found in the nerve tissue. About the time the prion count starts causing aberrant behavior would be when the prions permeate the flesh, blood and fecal mater. So gray mater to fecal mater in six months. I assure you none of my prions will escape my story nor cause any of the characters harm although that was why Harry hadn't simply poured it down the drain. In regards to the overly successful "accio", that was more an attempt to bring some of the humorous magical uncertainty of Schmindrick, Harold Shea and bumbling Merlin, alas I am not Beagle, de Camp, Pratt nor White. And about the rest you may well be dead on, thanks again

Almost painful to read if you have an over active imagination. I would not like to upset Ginny.

Author's Response: Thanks Dad for the continued R&R. I considered rushing Flint to a healer and have his crushed testes magically replaced with goat testes than have him and Aberforth open a petting farm together. Thanks again

A really great chapter with lots going on. The end with Flint was rather shocking and I hope Ginny doesn't suffer any long term effects.

Author's Response: Thanks M for the continued R&R, Ginny will only have some short term anger issues mostly and some subtle trouble with personal space and trust. That she was controlled is the issue for her. Thanks again

Many thanks for another interesting chapter.

Harry's team is making good progress with the destruction of the horcruxes. I suppose that Harry has solved all of his tasks very soon, except to prevent Tom revival. I'm curious what you've still up your sleeve when you're done with the horcuxes.

I was already wondering when someone will notice that the diary doesn't cause the desired damage. The twist with Flint was very intriguing. I hope that nobody finds out who has uncovered Flints offences. Although he got what he deserved, Iā€™m afraid that the two of them could be punished for this kind of self-justice.

Author's Response: Thanks for your continued reading and reviewing Gin, I wear mostly short sleeved shirts unfortunately, so the three final horcruxs and Tom's physical death force me to reach up my sleeves innumerable times to get the details worked out. Again thanks for your review

Well flint was never the nices person in the world and now he has been dealt with...poor ginny but harry was smart to have ginny and hermione talk before bed so nothing bad happens over night...also smrt not to have the boys know what happen really....kutgw

Author's Response: Hiya Ski: and thanks for continuing to read and review. Of course any Weasley would beat, hex or curse Flint. Molly may well have a castration curse she invented the day Ginny was born. But it is the McGowdie clan he should be worried about, there will be a blood fued tween the Flints and McGowdies no doubt. thanks again Ski

Well that was certainly shocking! Harry did the right thing, and I am very pleased Ginny had the opportunity for some immediate revenge against Flint. Hopefully the Slytherin girl will be helped by the professors quickly. You may want to edit a bit more, but great chapter!

Author's Response: :) yes the editing had a laggy bug or two on the server side i think. i had it pretty much done and when i refreshed the page ten 'line stops' came back and haunted me. Glad you liked it and thanks for the review
