Could have included translations at the end of this chapter as to what Harry and Ginny were saying

Author's Response: I suppose. They're phrases they've said in previous chapters with explanations there, so I didn't think I needed to explain again. I guess I should have. Mon loup: French for my wolf. Mon ange: French for my angel. Ta gra agam duit: Irish for I love you. I gconai: Irish for Always.

Ah, a shopping spree. I never comments about shopping sprees (But I never forget to mention that I don’t comment, lol). However, I was wondering why Ginny would buy ‘that stuff’ in a muggle store, because as much as I know the magical methods are far more convenient. ;-)
I like the idea that the two of them are speaking Gaelic. Although I haven't understood a word, I’ve noticed during an Ireland visit that the language sounds fantastic. What a coincidence that they have given a ring to each other. It's just a shame that they have to be cautious when touching each other because the silver ring. Maybe they are able to find a matching protection charm.
Usually I'm not fond of the idea to export the main characters abroad, no matter if it is Harry Potter, Batman or whoever. The local specifics make up a large part of the charm of a story, at least for me. However, the story is so brilliant that I am looking forward to read what will happen next.
Many thanks for another wonderful chapter!

Author's Response: Wow, then I'm doubly excited--that you commented on a shopping spree AND that you are looking forward to seeing where Harry and Ginny end up. Ginny didn't have to buy 'that stuff' and that's why she's so relieved. It's funny because in one of the HP groups on Facebook that I'm in, we had this very discussion, the magical methods of dealing with that. I'm sure they have SOME kind of method but not sure HOW different it would be. Anyway, if Ginny had been in need of 'that stuff' whatever it might have been, she MIGHT have gotten it at a Muggle store, but anyway, she was spared that embarrassment. As for the rings, well, with Bill's protective charm, they don't have to be cautious. Harry's ring obviously isn't a problem as it's stainless steel. They will get a more permanent charm placed on Ginny's ring. I'm trying to keep the new school as close to the British Wizarding world as possible while making it unique at the same time. There'll be a lot of familiar things. I hope you end up liking it.

Good chapter.

If Charlie thinks that Harry is just like him at 14, Charlie must have been pretty bad. He seems to think that Harry is just after what he can get and 'be damned' about Ginny's reputation. Fortunately, Harry is not like that.

I like the idea of them having their own language that no one else knows.

Looking forward to the next chapter.

Author's Response: Thanks. I see Charlie as having "experimented" quite a bit, looking for something, then finally finding where he belonged--working with dragons. He only has his own experience at that age to draw from, plus he's a bit more protective towards Ginny since the Chamber incident. Also, he hasn't seen Ginny and Harry together much so is unaware that what the two share is true love. I'm glad you like the language bit. They won't know much, as Ginny didn't really have a lot of time to learn but a few phrases. Irish won't the the only language from which they learn a few phrases. Now, I'll shut up before I say too much, if I haven't already. Next chapter will be out as soon as chapter 8 is finished. I've got a good start on it, so maybe it won't be too terribly long.

I always think they should be at least in their twenties before they start checking each other out. But then, I am a crustie oldie. Carry on the good work.

Author's Response: Thanks for letting me know your thoughts. Different generations, Dad. LOL. I know I was around this age when I began noticing such things and I'm fairly certain boys aren't too different. One thing you have to try to remember in regards to Harry. As Remus had warned him, his lycanthropy will start affecting him in this area. Is it now? Later? Wait and see. Glad you still liked the chapter, though.

Great chapter.I am really enjoying this story. Harry and Ginny are ready for the next school year. I am eager to see where they end up in the USA. Sirius is a great character in this story. Looking forward to the next chapter.

Author's Response: Thank you! So glad to hear you're enjoying this story, too. I'll keep you wondering for a little while yet. You'll get to experience their journey along with them (which will be a lot of fluff, but what can I say?) Glad you like Sirius in this one. I hope to keep you feeling as such. Once chapter 8 is done, then I'll update again. Make no guarantees as to when that will be.

Great Chapter. I can't wait for the next one. I just love how Ginny told Harry not to feel bad for checking her out since she also checks him out. I love how Bill stuck up for them against Charlie. Charlie must of have been a real dog when he was Harry's age if he is that hard on him. I also love how you have them learning another language so they can that little bit to themselves.

Author's Response: Thank you! Working on chapter 8 now so when it's done, I'll update. I always picture Bill and Ginny being close. Maybe it's all the fanfics I've read, I don't know. Charlie just hasn't been around Harry and Ginny so much so he simply doesn't understand. Yeah, I kind of thought they'd like to know phrases from another language, something just for themselves. Irish won't be the only language they'll learn phrases in, but I can't say what the other language is.

ah now its time to start the next adventure....glad ginny got one last shot to see her boss as well as a chance to see what a world she is going to be living in....alsoglad they got ginny out of her shell and enjoy life a little...kutgw

Author's Response: Thank you. It really is the chance of a lifetime, regardless of the circumstances that it came about. I think the majority of GInny's family realize that. Ginny has definitely left that withdrawn girl behind.
