This was a terrific chapter but very dark! You are doing a marvelous job of bringing to life the terrifying place Hogwarts was at this time! If I had been Minerva I would have blown a hole thru both those slimy Carrows! She showed tremendous restraint to protect her students! Also liked how you showed a slight look at Snape's decent side taking Ginny away to his office! She'd not find out til later on he was protecting her in his on way while trying to find Harry to help out! Snape always had one heck of a poker face! Of course the sword plays a significant role in the course of things to come! Unfortunately it gets worse before it gets better! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D

So she didn't do that to help Ginny but because of her own interests? Yeah, make sense :) May I have one question? When do you plan to end this story? Will it be there some afterwards after the battle or it will end right after the battle?
Author's Response: There will be one additional chapter after the battle. I will not do the epilogue.

Simply love this story. I also love sticking girls by Ginny. However I am not sure Romilda would do that...
When you look at last 3 chapters you will see that we have one day of the story in 3 chapters. So it looks like there will really be plenty of chapters like I said in one of my previous reviews :)

Author's Response: Well, Romilda is a Gryffindor, and she wants people to think she had a thing with Harry, which is why Ginny nearly laughed ;) I'm glad you liked the chapter,we will be jumping forward a bit in the next one!

Great chapter. I am so glad that the other girls backed up Ginny that Harry was a player to try to take off the pressure she faced from the Carrows. I always felt that Ginny was in danger at Hogwarts because of her relationship with Harry that final year. Looking forward to the next chapter.
