Well ginny and harry are starting off on the roght foot in a way but maybe not the best for ginny...then again harryt is right killing draco would have been better for the world....kutgw

Amazing beginning! Of course you would start off with a graphic (and well deserved) character death! As I said in my other review, really like this version of Harry and can't wait to see where it goes.
Author's Response: Thanks, Sharon. We get some more character background I the next chapter, and get to see Harry's childhood wasn't all roses living as part of the House of Black. This version of him definitely won't be all sunshine and daises, although he will always be exquisitely mannered.

I was going to say I particularly liked the opening bit. On reflection, I like it all. I used to watch the Hammer films when they first came out, that must prove something.
Author's Response: I'm a bit too young to have seen the first time round, but I do have a very extensive DVD collection. My favourite is the 'Hammer House of Horror' box set, which is actually a collection of 13 TV specials shown in the 1970's. Even today, some of them sh** me right up! it includes the creepiest performance Diana Dors ever gave. Scary!

Well, here I am, grinning like mad after reading this. Your characterization of Harry is so good. It wouldn't surprise me if he grinned one day and accidentally showed his very, very long vampire fangs.
Lives alone in a dark house? check. Is a womanizer? Check. Has a dark reputation yet is still very attractive? Check.
The first paragraph with Bella shows your intentions well. The gore starts in the 4th paragraph, and Bella dies a gruesome death. Excellent. I'm excited to see what you've got in store for us!
Author's Response: Ha! I can see why you think Harry might be a bit vampiric, but he actually shows in a later chapter how much he hates vampires. It must be the way they glitter, or something...

A new story from Brennus is always a welcome sight! A a fellow clasdic horror movie fan I find the stated idea for this story exciting and the first chapter has already seized my interest. Can't way to read more.
Author's Response: I was never a fan of slasher movies or modern gore-fests like Saw, but I do love a creepy, atmospheric horror film. We'll be traveling to various world locations in this story and I've tried to capture the feel of each of them. Hope it lives up to your expectations.

Oooh, this is an interesting start!
I have to admit I was a bit dubious about reading after your last story, but I'm glad I did and I look forward to seeing where this goes. (Just please tell me now if it's going to be as...intense as Abraxas?)
Author's Response: I don't know, chuck a few nukes around and suddenly no one trusts you! This is a very different story to Abraxas and I would say it is quite intense in its own way. That said, I knew a lot of readers were going to get upset with my last story but I'm really not expecting a similar response to this one. It is meant to be a horror story, thought, so there will be lots of gory monster killing, and I will be playing with character motivations a lot. I promise I won't blow up any planets this time, though.
