Beautiful...this last chapter brought tears to my eyes, very well written. I liked the way you gave George a way to cope before the tragedy happened. I really liked the use of the Cannon's stadium :).
Very nicely done, hope to read more by you. (If you haven't written more yet, you really should!)

Good story, and great final chapter. Its not often that the twins are written as anything but in perfect harmony, so this made a refreshing change. I have to admit I was hoping you'd let Fred survive, but of course he couldn't. I thought you did a great job of letting us know through George's feelings what had happened - it made it all the more real and sad. Nice touch at the end with Audrey too.
Author's Response: I've tried before, and I just don't have the same fire to write AU stories as I do canon. Poor Fred. I really enjoyed writing this because it was a little bit different. Thanks for the kind feedback!

I think it goes without saying that this is a fine, bittersweet denouement to a story that challenges us and leaves us feeling 'real' in a way that JKR herself so often did.
And as far as your kind attribution that I did not deserve, let me clarify to your readers that this is a bit like me muttering something about cooking the meat with a bit of wine, and you emerging hours later with Beef Bourguignon.
