A parallel from the Cursed Child? I enjoyed reading this story.
Author's Response: Thank you for the review! I'm so grateful that you took the time to write to me. These stories were written years before the Cursed Child was published.
But, I think that anything that J. K. Rowling writes is canon: the books, Pottermore, interviews etc. However, I DO NOT consider Cursed Child as canon since technically, she didn't write the script. It is just a famous and liked "fanfiction" of Jack Thorne... that's how I see it. Perhaps I'm alone in this thinking, but that's how I feel about the matter.
