Just one teeny-tiny nitpick: tiger fur isn't silky, its actually quite coarse. Other than that, and the few Americanisms here and there, it was great stuff.

I think this is my favorite of all three chapters. Not only do Harry and Ginny get rescued, but they end up doing a good deed for the animals of the area. The chapter is exciting and kept me on the edge of my seat until the adventure concluded. Finally, you made me smile when the tale ended the way it began... with Ron and Hermione arguing.

It's so nice that Harry and Ginny have found each other eighteen months earlier in this story than they do in canon. It would have been so different for Harry during that terrible year of Umbridge's rein had she been there to support him more than she did in canon. Anyway, I love how typical his reaction is to Ginny in a bathing suit and how he accepts her helping him learn to swim. In turn, I commend Ginny for keeping her cool when confronted with the snakes. In the meantime, you did a great job of showing how the inhabitants of Grimmauld Place have banded together to search for clues to Harry and Ginny's whereabouts. I was surprised that Dumbledore let Sirius claim his rightful place as the head of the Black family, since in canon it was so imperative that Sirius remain hidden; however, Sirius seems happier now that her has something specific to do, even if it is highly discouraging. Well done.

I love how you're involving so many characters in this story, showing as many points of view as possible so that the reader can see the entire situation. I love how Harry and Ginny work together and support each other, especially during the Lethifold episode; I'm very glad Harry listened to whichever Defense teacher taught his class about Lethifolds so that he remembered how to get rid of one. It was also nice to see him want to cook for Ginny; it makes a girl feel special when a guy is the one to make the meal. Well done. Looking forward to the next chapter.

"Augh, my eyes! Hermione, DO something!" Ron said with his arms outstretched towards the kissing couple, a look of disgust on his face.

Really enjoyed this story, very well written and I loved the adventure you spun for Harry and Ginny. The only complaint (more of a complement ) is that it left me wanting more, That.is very common for me when it comes to your tics. Especially ‘The Road Not Taken’ which is my favorite. Thanks for all the care and time you take with your fics, much appreciated.😉

What an exciting ending of a great adventure. It was a nice idea to include the return to normality at the Hogwarts Express.

Terrific ending to a remarkable story! Loved the animal rescue! I'm partial to tigers since I'm an alumni of Louisiana State University!

I love where you went with this story and that the threat was Muggle, not magical. I love elephants, so I was glad to see the elephant cause some chaos and help our heroes save the day. And appropriately so, given the shape of their Portkey.

Nicely done! This was a great little story - very romantic, but with a great tip to real world problems. I also really enjoyed the way you went back and forth with the others while they searched. While Harry and Ginny were having a bit of a holiday, they were all agonizing about losing them, and it really upped the anxiety level. You also did something I don't think I've ever scene - you referred to Pettigrew as just Peter. I think most stories - mine included - always think of him as Wormtail or just Pettigrew, but he was Peter to the Marauders, and it's easy to forge that.

Good way to end this one. Your story was fun and well written. One of the best SIYE challenge entries I've seen yet.
