Enjoyed that! My one criticism from a writing perspective is the abrupt transition from the MoM flashback to Harry realising that he is 'pacing' in the Headmaster's office. This seems a bit unrealistic (almost like he awoke to find himself pacing) and a bit of a missed opportunity. In 50-100 words, I think a smoother physical transition could be used to sew a few more seeds as to the novel mental differences arising from the possession. In my opinion, anyway.

Author's Response: took your advice, some anyway. Smoothed the transition from portkey to pacing, But added nothing blatant about improved mental capacity, That will be a slow progression. He is a grieving teen and will work through that before he notices any changes.
