Reviewer: lunalovegood616 Anonymous Date: 2005.06.08 - 08:20PM Title: Teach Your Children Well I"m not sure about this Prof. trent person... Reviewer: Silly Cowgirl (aka S.Black13) Anonymous Date: 2004.08.15 - 02:51PM Title: Teach Your Children Well Okay i just thought to let you know I was still reading, and I cant wait to finish.
Oh and I was thinking, you said Harry had never seen the ocean before. But I thought he had when he went out on that Rock where there was the shack that he and the Dursleys stayed in in book 1, you know, before Harry knew he was a wizard. Just a thought. Reviewer: swishandflick Signed Date: 2004.03.23 - 08:18AM Title: Teach Your Children Well Great scenes between the foursome! I especially liked the fact that Harry thought he owed Ron and Hermione an apology. I didn't really understand why Ron seemed so sexist though; was he just trying to wind Hermione up? I also liked the scene with Lupin and Harry though for some reason I've never really liked James since OoTP (well not for SOME reason, I suppose, but still....). I had thought Harry had contradicted Cho but then I remembered he hadn't. I'm a little surprised Dean would have been the one to tease Ginny but that's probably a good sign, really, if he can be that easy in front of her. Very in character for Ron to think that would lighten up the conversation. I also continue to like the way you put bits of the prophecy in italics to show what Harry is thinking about; it's very haunting and very well done. Keep up the good work. I'm intrigued by her change - I'm wondering if she's a polyjuiced DE, but I guess that's been done before, huh. I like how Harry's relationship with Ginny is continuing, but still isn't crossing the line into romanic yet. Good chapter - getting the feel for school. Oh, and I'm really suspicious about Harry sending the Maurader's Map away - now he can't see if Trent is an imposter! Who is she, why does she know Lil---hey, did she love Sirius? Did Sirius love her? Maybe! Can't wait. Reviewer: bart Signed Date: 2004.02.26 - 01:00PM Title: Teach Your Children Well Nearly forgot to review **smacks self with random frozen fish :)** and then I put it in the wrong place! It's the little things I rally like in this story, and Harry doing a runner, when Professor Trent, mentioned she knew his parents, felt so right, so Harry...Then Ron showing his mature side in talking to Harry, the teaspoon's grown up! but again felt right and something Ron would say. Excellent stuff once again. Reviewer: EarthRowan Signed Date: 2004.02.26 - 11:02AM Title: Teach Your Children Well Brilliant Chapter, I like it very much. Have a great vacation! Friendly memories helped. Good chapter. BTW, didn't Snape date Lily for a short while? Reviewer: justanotherfan21 Anonymous Date: 2004.02.24 - 02:01PM Title: Teach Your Children Well This chapter seemed to go at a different pace. I really like how you hit on things from the previous books. Highlights that make it so personal with each character. Harry is also behaving his age now. Cool. The way you handle the classes and their progression is amazing to me. I also like how you've weaved in Professor Trent. She seems authentic. When are you going to let us know who the other guy Lily dated was???? Hope you two have a great time on the beach! Until you get back JAF21 | |||||||
