I love when Harry and Ginny can trust one another and tell the other what's on their mind. It makes the relationship so much better. You can tell in this chapter that Ginny really does love Harry. Another girl would have ran like crazy. hehe. Great chapter.

Wow, that sure explains a lot. I think Harry should practice letting it out and controlling it, rather than just keep his power hidden.
Thanks!

I'm glad to finally read the explanation of Harry's immense power and his eyes going black and him acting out of character for the sweet, gentle Harry we all know and love! Well done!

Okay, longer review.... It's just not coming to me. XD
I hate when that happens. So, I'll just point out some things I love.
1. The motorbike - Have to love that motorbike.
2. Ron and Hermione not knowing about the power. I'd assume they were Obliviated too? I hope they find out soon.
3. Bill. I love a fic with a believeable Bill Weasley. He's a favorite character of mine.
4. Malfoy. I love his complete gitness, the kind that you love to hate.
5. The concept of the power. It's very intruiging, and I hope to see more of it.

What I don't love:
Ginny being afraid of thunderstorms. It's just.... so NOT Ginny to me... But you have a good reason for it, I'm sure of that. So, obviously, the good far outweighs the single bad.

Well, I guess it did come to me after all, eh?

I'm glad I'm getting this a bit, then! I also noted that Harry mentioned a storm that Voldemort created when he was at full power and I'm guessing that this storm may be a factor in Ginny's fear of storms. She must have been there and affected in some way too. I'm really intrigued and looking forward to the clearing up of mysteries. Was Ginny really at Hogwarts? Were the memories of two entire schools modified? Was she really at Beauxbatons and met Harry later and Ron and Hermione just weren't aware of her involvement with him? Lots of complications.

I know DD and the Weasleys are motivated by love for Ginny. I think your adverse fan response is a knee-jerk reaction to how much we all love Harry and want him to be happy and with Gin. :)

Wow! Great chapter. So, Harry absorbed Voldemort's evil power and has to harness it. This is why the Weasley's and Dumbledore modified their memories. I'm suspecting there's more to it, but it seems amazingly stupid that they would have Harry guard Ginny when they had such an interesting past. I'm thinking Dumbledore thought his modifications impenetrable and Harry was the best protection they could offer.

I loved Gin's acceptance and faith in Harry. It seems that Ron has shifted to the Weasley side of things now? I hope he comes around by the time they catch up.

Author's Response: Thank you, DebbieO! *hugs* Your review made me smile...in an "I can't explain without spoiling things sort of way", lol. But I will say that people who do try to give DD and co. at least a bit of the benefit of the doubt make me happy. I didn't anticipate the hostility I would inspire towards them when I started writing (not that I necessarily disagree...but still). Anyway...I'm rambling, so I'll stop and just say that I'm really happy to hear that you're enjoying the story and that it has you thinking. I love that you love Ginny's reaction to Harry and yeah...poor Ron is stuck in a hard position at the moment, so hopefully I can work that out for him, lol. Thanks again for the review and I hope you continue to enjoy! :)

Harry must have exhibited HUGE uncontrolable power if DD modified minds to secure Ginny's safety. Perhaps it will be Harry's love for Ginny that will eventually help Harry control his powers. DD always said love was the greasted power. You've written Harry/Ginny's relationship lovingly. You feel their tenderness and Harry's anxiousness when he devulges his secret to Ginny. I enjoy new story ideas and I have not read previously of Harry and Voldemorts powers combining. So many threads can be woven off that theme. Malfoy's need for Ginny is still a mystery. Could she also harbor untapped power? Well, we can't expect you to any all the questions in this chapter. Keep up the great effort. One of my favorite stories presently.

Author's Response: Hi, harrypotterspirit! Thank you for the review, it definitely made me smile...for many reasons. ;) I'm really happy to hear that you find my story original and that you're enjoying the H/G relationship so far. I hope you continue to enjoy the story as it unfolds and thanks for taking the time to leave a review. :)

So nicely written.
Every emotion that Harry and Ginny feel are quite understandable, and frankly, really human. I could see every scene play right in front of my eyes.
You got an Exceeding Expectations this time, but I hope to give you a Outstanding soon. Keep the good work on.

Author's Response: Thank you! I'm really happy to hear that you enjoyed my writing and H/G's emotions in this one. Thank you very much for the Exceeds Expectations and I certainly hope that I manage an O really soon. Thanks again for the read and review and I hope that you continue to enjoy. :)

Aaah! Time for revelations. From Harry's POV at least. Wonder what is going to happen when they do find out what really went on between them. It's at least clear Harry lost control during a thunder storm and that explains Ginny's fear of it although neather knows why.
Malfoy . . . . stil not clear on his role other than acting like the git he is. All in all, a great chapter.
Thanx C

Author's Response: lol, thanks for the review, C. Malfoy is pretty much a git throughout, lol, although I do try to give him a bit more of a back story as we go along...so that he's not just the crazy bad buy...although I do tend to be a bit H/G heavy, since, well...that's the part of the story i most enjoy, obviously. And wondering what is going to happen when they finally find out about the past is understandable...and while I sadly can't spoil it for you...I hope that you enjoy it as the story unfolds. :)

...........wow.

Yeah, that's about all I have to say right now. I might write a longer review later.

Author's Response: lol, aw, thank you! speechless is always good...but I look forward to reading your longer review as well. I hope you continue to enjoy! :)

as always a great chapter.
and we finaly starting to get some info about harry's powers and where they came from.

Author's Response: Thank you, gejufan! You are starting to get some answers yes...they should come slowly but surely as the story progresses...lol...so that hopefully in the end it all makes sense *crosses fingers*. Thanks for the review and I hope you continue to enjoy. :)

Brilliant, as usual. One of the few stories I keep a watch out for.
