2009 Fund Drive Finished |
| Thanks to the generosity of many people, SIYE's existence for the next year has been ensured. On behalf of those who love and enjoy SIYE, I thank everyone who donated and wished they could have donated most profusely. If you were planning on donating, but just didn't get around to it- we do accept donations year round. Our fund drive went especially well this year partially because of the money that was already in SIYE's coffers. Thank you again- Robert L. Scott President, SIYE (Holder of the BIG Stick) I must protest that the "BIG stick" thing was put there by a staffer who thinks he's pretty funny. :) ) RS |

I thought that was a little uncharacteristic of you! The funny thing is that I just finished a biography on Teddy Roosevelt and his saying, "Speak softly and carry a big stick" popped into my mind when I read that :) LOL
