Very enjoyable story that I am looking forward to seeing develop.
I'm imagine that Ginny is going to be drawn to Maggie wanting to know more about Harry. There is a potential for an interesting friendship between those two.
The one negative...If you had Sirius sneering any more I was going to have to change his name to a Malfoy. I don't know if it was the mood I was in but after bit all the sneering was getting to me.
Anyway...good story and I look forward to your next.

I love this. Magnolia is a great ofc. She and Sirius play off each other well. And if this is going where I hope it is. Hopefully, they will soon play WITH each other well!

I am an admisnistrator in a school system...needless to say, your story hits me at the core of my beliefs. I am constantly challenging my teachers to "be the one that changes the life of a child" knowing that the teacher has the unique position in a child's life to make a positive difference.

this is so well written and you've got the characters down great. i know most people will think that maggie is a 'mary sue' but i don't see it that way. she's a bit like sirius and if he has faults she'll definitely have faults too.

I really like your fanfiction. It has a very interesting point of view of a Muggle being integrated into the Wizarding World. I found myself checking into the site once a day just for updates. Luckily, there is one eveyday! As an author, I really admire your perseverance in updating once or maybe twice per day. I absolutely LOVE this story! I've always kind of wondered about Harry's life before Hogwarts, and I like that you've included it. Not to mention Maggie's great. And can I just say, I love that she's from Louisiana. Yay! It's such a rarity to find that state in any work of fiction that it always makes me cheer when it appears. And she's certainly a Southern belle! I really like that you've made her brave; Sirius is right about her. And of course, she's perfect for him. Can't wait to read more!

I knew it, I knew it, I KNEW it! The moment Maggie stepped in front of Harry...Sirius was doomed!
Oh, this was a great chapter. Sirius, so clueless (or bold???) as to just wander into a lady's room...and did Maggie "get" that he just told her that he admired her? Oh, and I LOVE it how he picks the shirt for her!

Ooooh, this scene was sizzling as Sirius struts in and catches her in a partial state of undress. Embarrassment all around as the two struggle through initial foreplay and eventually end up with an apology and a supreme compliment from Sirius. Maggie should be flushed and blushed and short of breath following that action. I can't wait to see what happens next.
