Oh, I want more of this story! I'm so glad the fireflies came and seemed to take away Harry's tormented dreams. I certainly hope that Harry's "rescue" by the Weasleys helps him just as much as those fireflies...
I had to laugh at Petunia sending Vernon up to make sure Harry wasn't soiling her carpets. You've captured both her and Vernon wonderfully, just as you have Dudley's annoying habit of listening to the same rap song!
You have a writing style that just makes the reader want to keep moving forward through your paragraphs. I look forward to the continuation of this story and hope you will post again soon. Two thumbs up for catching my attention with your first paragraph.

Ooh! Good chapter! I'm really interested in what's to come--I haven't seen a post-GoF retelling of canon before. And I wanna know what this Pewter Owl thing is! Anyway, you set up a great base for the story, and your writing/writing style is really good. There were a couple of iffy sentences in there, but otherwise, your grammar and sentence structure were both impeccable! I look forward to reading more!

Well, a promising start - good humor although I suprised Vernon didn't have a bit of a fit over the door slamming in his face. Fireflies eh? wonder just what type of magic you have cooked up with those.
