Messy indeed.
I really like what you are doing here. The idea that wizards and witches could run into Muggles in the village and become friends is especially interesting. I am not suprised at all that Ginny would be drawn in like that. The youngest the only girl, left by the boy she loved (for her own good no less) and feeling very alone.
I like her mum am worried about her not keeping her wand with her. But I'm a mom myself, to much older children and that is our klot in life is it now? To worry incessantly.
Keep it coming, I generally try to only read completed stories because I'm an impatient old lady.

This is well written. I know that most of us, myself included, don’t like to read about Harry or Ginny being with somebody else. Despite that, you did a nice job of explaining Ginny’s mindset and why she might momentarily be open to Jackson’s advances, but at the same time why she would quickly realize that those overtures were not what she needed or wanted.

life is not a straight line and with harry when they are is trouble now its nothing more then miscommunication and they all need to talk and soon before it gets worse....kutgw
