Ron and Harry reuniting is great, and I am glad that it dawned on them that Harry might be the victim of a memory charm. That leaves the question of who did it and why.

What a roller coaster. I wish Ron had just gone straight to Ginny's, not worth the risk of her getting up early and seeing it before he can get there.

I'm quite confused. What's the time-line for this story? How old are Harry, Dean and Ron? I'm trying to do the math and haven't quite decided whether it's 2006 or 2013 or some other future date; it's the twenty-two years of friendship that has me stumped, especially since James is only four.
For a chapter that started out quite badly for Harry, it ended quite well. I'm glad Dean was able to get through to Ron about Harry's amnesea and that Ron naturally came to the conclusion that Harry's memory loss might be due to a memory charm. As much as I dread Ginny's reaction to Harry's reappearance, I really want to read the next chapter. I hope it will be out soon.
Author's Response: Shoot, good catch! I changed some of the dialogue, so it originally said something about him leaving when he was 22.-- Harry is 26 right now and James will be turning 5 this year. Sorry about the mix-up! I'll change it. Ginny's reaction was difficult to write because I always picture Ginny as this strong, confident woman and it takes a lot to break her. I think Harry is one of those few things in her life that can really cut her down, and I tried to show that in the chapter where Harry meets Ginny. Thanks for the review!!

Well at lease Ron was the first one to see Harry and not Ginny...there would be nothing left of Harry....kutgw

I'm wondering if anyone else believes as I do that Sam had something to do with this. Otherwise why did she get so upset when Harry decided he needed to go search for his past; I mean, obviously it would be upsetting, but if previously she had always been supportive of him trying new things and trying to get his memory back, why did she balk at this unless she knows that there's truth in what he'll find in England. I really don't like her, and I will fully admit that is partly because she's not Ginny, and I am the biggest Harry/Ginny shipper there is. However it's also because I'm convinced she had something to do with Harry's sudden change of heart and subsequent memory loss. She was way TOO worried and nervous when he told her. I could really live without Harry constantly thinking about how much he loves her too and how there's no way he could love this Ginny again. Ugh.
Author's Response: Sam is a really difficult character for me to write for many reasons, but mainly because I'm also a H/G shipper. Unfortunately for my head and for other H/G shippers, I so hardly ever write easy, happy, fluffy stories about Harry and Ginny. I like to explore the complicated love stories-- the ones that show life is unfair, love is never easy and it never happens at the perfect time. Hopefully you don't hate me too much that you'll see this through haha. Thanks for reviewing!

There had better be a really great twist to what happened to Harry, because I will be upset if some random old Death Eater or Malfoy got the better of Harry.
However, the story is well written and I do enjoy the "soap opera" fell. I can almost hear the the dramatic music in the background.

Pretty tense there for a while! You do have me guessing. Who could have done this to Harry and why? As he wondered; why go to so much trouble instead of just killing him? I'll be eagerly waiting the next chapter to find out more.
