That was a surprise, three weddings in one fell swoop. I hope that there is no dispute over the cost of the event at the end, lol.
The idea with the gold powder forming the weddings bands during the ceremony sounds fantastic. Is it one of your own inventions?
Great chapter. Thank you!

Author's Response: Yes, as far as I know that concept is my own unique invention, like the Whisper in an earlier chapter. I try to inject little things when I can that I feel enhance Rowling's world, without toppling it completely. The chapter with the portrait studio serves the same purpose, adding depth to the world without losing sight of it.

Beautiful chapter, I really like the the on the Potter history and how it tired in with Salazar and Voldemort. I can't wait till the next update, this is truly a great story.

Author's Response: Thank you so much for your kind words. I am sorry I was away so long.

I was very excited to find another chapter had been posted when I looked up your author page. I think this is the third time I've read through the story and I never fail to find something new to appreciate about your tale or some small detail I missed during previous readings.

The triple weddings certainly made full use of the wedding day and I'm happy that Remus and Tonks have finally found happiness in their companionship. Hopefully, their union will last longer than it does in canon. What a wonderful surprise for Charlie to find that he was to be wed alongside his brother! Bill and Fleur's generosity in sharing their day made me smile. I also thought it cute that Harry's attention kept wandering to thoughts of his wedding Ginny someday and that the two of them kept eying the other during the double wedding.

I'm looking forward to learning more about the familial connections between Luna and Hermione and Harry. You've certainly taken the in-breeding of pure-blood Wizarding families to heart and I'd love to read more about that family tree of Harry's. I suppose we'll learn more in future chapters when Harry explores more of the Pensieve memories: to me, the two seem to be intrinsically linked because Harry can follow his ancestors up the tree to find out whose memories he is viewing and how these people are related to him. I did read your other reviews and have to agree with the one reviewer that having Hermione related to Harry through the Trelawney line would have been a good laugh: it's nice to know that you aren't planning to inflict that sort of worry on her! As for Luna, her scene with the portrait was touching and well done. I've always thought she was quite lonely and just knowing what became of her great aunt must be comforting to her.

You've done another fine job on this chapter and I'm hoping another is forth-coming soon, since you've completed your Time-Turner Challenge story. Well done.

Author's Response: Thank you. Your lengthy reviews are also much appreciated. After all, I suspect I am not alone as an author who craves feedback, especially thoughtful, heartfelt comments.
The Time-Turner Challenge story was a welcome diversion as this next chapter has been giving me a bit of trouble. It's not so much the major points, but the connective tissue that has been tripping me up. I have so much happening that I want even the little things to connect to other parts of the larger story. I am working on it, still trying to get it right.
I had fun with the weddings, and even thought I got it all dealt with in one fell swoop, I hope the chapter didn't feel like it was haphazardly slapped together? I really wanted all the events to feel like they were natural to the characters.
I actually posted a PDF of the Potter family tree, for this story, on my Facebook page devoted to this story. A reader suggested I should create one, but it has been a bust as no one has yet posted there. If you are curious just search the story title in Facebook and you'll find the page. The file is in the attached files, available for download.
As Luna is now revealed to be a relative, you can look forward to seeing more of her from his point on, and yes I will eventually reveal the exact familial connection between Harry and Hermione.
As far as in-breeding goes. I think you will find that the Potters, as they wait for bonded pairs to form, are in no danger of littering the gene pool with faulty genetic specimens. As Harry and Ginny will represent the first union of the Potter/Weasley blood lines in seven generations - more on the Weasley side. However, I get what you mean as clearly some of the unions I have created represent pure-blood choices, but it will be revealed that blood status is clearly not as important to the Potters, as bonding, and then, really only because Helga and Rowena made that a stipulation. (I don't want to say too much.)
I do hope to have the next chapter ready soon, as am aware that the time between posting really does put off a lot of readers.
Again, thank you so much for reading and commenting!

Welcome back! Sorry this one is a little late, I went back and reread everything to catch up. Yea Tonks and Lupin getting married! And I loved the surprise wedding of Charlie and Helena. I can't help but think that Bill did it as much for Harry and Ginny as he did for them. I also thought that the Twins were going to pull something, but then again we don't I think that. I'm glad that you didn't drop the whole "Luna is Harry's cousin" thread. It made for a very touching and cute scene. I wonder how Xeno and the rest of the Weasleys would react to the news? And speaking of Harry's unknown relations, are going to find out where Hermione figures into the tree? I'm going to laugh if she is decended from the Tralawny line!

So it sounds like next chapter we get to see those relics that have been hinted at and that I have been worried about. It should be interesting.

And in the future, you may want to have cloud backups of things. I highly recommend Dropbox. It's saved me several times.

Cheers!

Author's Response: Thank you for the read and the review! There is no such thing as a late review. I am glad you liked all the weddings all together in one chapter. in my mind it all needed to be done and so It seemed proper to take a whole chapter to do it. I too thought about having the Twins pull some practical joke, but then I figured, with them still dealing with the destruction of their shop, and their Usher responsibilities for the weddings, I figured whatever they might have been up too was probably all confined to Harry''s Game room, and trying the drink up the bar. There may yet be a few opportunities for the Twin's antics before the story gets to much further along. I definitely wanted to bring Luna back in to the fold and let her know about her relation to Harry. But don't look for Xeno to be involved much before the end of the story, after all he is a bit of a security risk. The Other Weasleys have already been told that they and Harry share a common ancestor, after all many of them participated in the Blood Stone ward rebuild, and even though I never showed it in the story, I do imagine that the Twins and Arthur did get a chance to add their own wards and protections to the stone. There may however be a discussion about ancestry with Arthur and Molly in a coming chapter. That is if it makes it through the rewrite and editing process. As far as Hermione goes. You will find out soon about her ancestral link to Harry, and no it is not through the Tralawny line. Thanks for the suggestion... rest assured the whole story is now carefully archived for the future. Thanks again, and Happy reading!

What a lovely chapter. The weddings (all three) were just beautiful in their own ways.

Glad Luna got to meet some relatives, even if they are portraits of the living people.

Looking forward to Ginny's birthday and more.

Author's Response: Thank you so much for your comments. I wondered if anyone would even bother to read this chapter after such a long delay. I am so glad you did. I do hope you will be around for much more. Thanks again.
