It's good to know that the child has the right father. If I were Scorpius, I would stick in a fact that there is 50% probability that the child is mine. It is a possibility for sure and you have even written it this way and it is better.
I like the Draco's offer and its complete result. Lucius will be dead from a rage that Potter's grandchild could own his precious Manor and Hermione does not need to go there to visit Lilly.

I just reread the entire series again, and you actually did set it up several chapters back for there to be a precedent that if a bonded woman was drugged and inseminated, the bond might provoke an urgency to be intimate with the bond mate so that any child conceived would be the bonded pairs and not from the insemination. It would explain both Scorpius and Lily's urgency to get to the cottage and cement their bond, and the couple that surprised Nat a few chapters back when the woman had obviously been poisoned but was pregnant with her husband's child. Just a realization I had when rereading.

I waited exactly for a month and you didn’t update the story, so I got really busy and didn’t see you updated!Sad for lily cause I really liked her character a lot,but hope they catch crane soon or we get like a real big hint.
Author's Response: I actually had it done but my editor's computer was busted! I had to wait for her to get a new computer up and running. Life happens lol

You tore my heart out and put it back together all in one chapter. Another very well done one, I can't help but wonder if the Bond didn't sense things and that wasn't part of why they were so eager to act. I don't think I've mentioned in all my other comments how nice it is to have a story that addresses both the joy and tragedy that pregnancies and babies can bring, or that has such a positive parenthood message, something that I as a mom often find missing or even dismissed in fan fiction, or all fiction in general.
Author's Response: Being a mother is 100% the best thing I've ever done with my life. It's also a major pile of poo at times (sometimes literally lol) I think motherhood can get a bad name and I definitely don't want to promote that part of it. I want to be as real as I can be.
That's actually something I hadn't considered, if the bond would do that, but actually it makes a lot of sense so I'm going with you on that one and (when given the opportunity) the bond would favor the bondmate's stuff ;)

Oh, no! I was so hoping they would find that mad woman before she got to Lily! At least they got her back right away, Nat was able to purge the potions from her body, and then the almost miraculous news that Scorpius "swimmers" won the race! I hope Harry and the aurora have s breakthrough soon, and they are able to capture or kill the v8al woman who has hurt or killed so many innocent people.

Well I’m sorry lily was taken and messed up really badly, but not was a godsend and worked out well, I’m also glad to see you are not that cruel to lily, but something tells me you have something more Sneaky in mind coming up. You wouldn’t have just let lily get one, that’s not how you have been in this story….I bet it will be a whopper when you get to it. KUTGW
