Again, a lot of explanation is necessary here. How does Harry know all of these people and why on earth would Sirius encourage a relationship with a racist, bigoted Death Eater? I know that Harry will meet all of these people at Hogwarts and Sirius knew the Longbottoms, but the Weasleys weren't in the Order so how do they know them? I don't know if it is just that you are in a hurry to get to the part of the story you want to tell, but the scene isn't really set. It doesn't seem that the Weasleys knew anyone outside of their village before Hogwarts so just tell us what happened and how they all became friends. Tom is making an appearance a year early - wonder what that will change.
