I'm a little confused by the meaning of the final prophecy "the dying dog will unleash lightning and thunder"? I assume it's refreshing to sirius but can't figure out how

Author's Response: Basically, Sirius dying is what pushed Harry to go out and get stuff done. If Sirius hadn't died, there wouldn't have been the opportunity (or desire) for him to have become an Unspeakable, which is what ends the war. Of course, there's a bit of play on words with dog & unleash.

What an awesome chapter! You had me cheering as each of the Death Eater groups turned up the worse for wear. In the case of the Dursleys, I can't believe I'm saying this, but I was a bit sad that Wormtail and his bunch killed them because they had no memory of Harry or magic, so essentially, it was senseless to kill them. Loved Bill's enchantment and the Crumple-Horned Snorkacks and fairies that protected the Lovegoods I read that defense twice because it was so uniquely Luna and Xeno!

I feel so sad for Hermione. Her parents did the wizarding world a lot of good when they rid the world of two Malfoys and a Goyle. I hope that she will be able to go back to Hogwarts, but at this point, I think she just might end up in Ilvermorny. I hope she can keep writing to Harry and Ron.

I don't know what I really think of Snape and what he started. I've decided to reserve judgement until I have more facts. I also think Narcissa is smart for abandoning the Manor. It really wasn't hers and if she has property of her own, she's probably safer there than anywhere else.

As you can see, I really love this story and am looking forward to chapter five.

Author's Response: Yes, Tom has delusions of winning, so more followers who are raised to like him can only be good -- right? /s I can't help but feel the Malfoys would have multiple houses, even if they're a "small" places to get-away for a weekend or summer. As for Narcissa, yeah, she's just going from one bad situation to another at the moment -- although that really started years ago when she got married. I admit I had fun with the protectors around the Lovegoods. :) Yes, Draco set off the alarm ... Hermy certainly didn't :) I have several ideas for stories where Harry gets no support at all. I think without exception Harry is not a good person in any of them, perhaps dark gray at best. So yes, Harry gets support from at least a few people here. Err, the white cat was under the Imperious to behave. ;) I almost said "Mr Potter has to die..." but was afraid that would be a bit too subtle and the reference would be missed. Kevin
