What a fun chapter! Ginny's birthday party was so much fun to read about, especially because it was her job to pick the teams. Harry had a great idea to make her birthday memorable.
I'm glad Fleur and Bill were able to find jobs. Unemployment is such a scary time in one's life and to have them both out of work was especially so.
It looks like the Defense Club is off to a good start. It indeed looks like the changes in the staffing of the leadership is going to produce some interesting changes. I look forward to reading about them.

Unemployment definitely can be scary, but Fleur and Bill had good support systems to help them in a tough spot. I’m excited to see how you react to some big changes that are coming up soon. Well i agree that having bill as dada teacher is a great find, it should not have come to it with albus doing his high and mighty routine…nice to see the kids being kids still though….kutgw
Author's Response: I had fun writing a fun birthday celebration full of quidditch. As for how things are going between Bill and Dumbledore, we will have to wait and see how well those fences have been mended… Thanks for commenting!
