I'm glad you have decided not to make Harry into a superhero who just breezes through his week with aplomb. Showing that Friday afternoons are a challenge for him and giving him an understanding professor in Hagrid gives Harry more believability than someone who doesn't show fatigue at the of the week.

It was also nice to see how other students have improved in Defense and that Professor Flamel has taken notice of their progress. Harry's duel with Blaise was well-written, kept me engaged and gave me some ideas to mull about if I ever decide to write another duel. The tournament at the end of term sounds like fun.

Author's Response: I would’ve loved to let Harry do well in all his classes plus excel in everything else he’s doing, but that’d be unrealistic. He tried to add in Care of Magical Creatures mainly for Hagrid’s sake, so I like Hagrid giving his blessing to Harry dropping it. I love writing magical duels, which is why I feature them so often.
